During the stay there was a technical problem with the elevators so it took a long time for guests to go downstairs. Reception seems to be understaffed and it took a long time to check out even though I was proposed an express checkout, it was not possible to complete it online nor was there any indication at the reception. Pros (+) This hotel was amazing and i recommend it to anyone visiting barcalona. If / when i go back to barcalona i will definetly stay again at this hotel. I loved it. :-)
