Cons (-) We were leaving on a Sunday unfortunately during a huge strike/protest. Desk person told us the wrong information which almost cost us missing our flight. Was very frustrating wish he was more helpful.

Pros (+) The location was great. Really close to Ramblas and many tourist sights. In the heart of Barri Gotic. Nice lobby. Had no time to check out the pool and fitness center, did use the free computer . Free WiFi always a plus. The staff was very helpful and the snack bar at the lobby was covenient for small purchases
Cons (-) The bathtub bottom had no mat; it was too smooth and slippery. A hook to hang a towel or clothes would be a good addition.
