Pros (+) Great location near a major train station made it very easy to reach the hotel. Overall our stay was excellent. There was no shared computer but you can email documents to the front desk and they will print them for you. Cons (-) The front desk staff expect customers to do the greetings. They will not raise their heads from the desk until you say first hello even though they know you are right in front of them. There is no bell to ring at the front desk when no one is at the desk, which often happened.
