Cons (-) Room has no amenities and was not clean. A "fully-equipped kitchen" means a small fridge, small micowave, two burner stove (one burner was missing its grease pan). That is it - no ice tray, ice bucket, glasses, dish rag, dish soap, plates - nothing. In the bathroom, you get one small bar of soap.
