Pros (+) Cleanliness, easy access, close to freeway, staff very welcoming and helpful with places to eat and visit in the area. Will return.
Cons (-) even though the room was marked non-smoking , when we checked in it was smelling full of tobacco smoke. Not a good thing. we had to sleep through the night with smoke smell.

Pros (+) Because of the low cost, I wasn't expecting much. However, the bedding was luxurious, clean and new. The rooms were spacious, the pool was pleasant, and the location was an easy 1.5 mile walk from town. I enjoyed being close enough to walk downtown, but far enough to work off a little of the delicious restaurant food we enjoyed on our stay. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. Cons (-) The breakfast included bagels and toast, yogurt, biscuits and sausage, scrambled eggs, cereal and such. The eggs were pretty rubbery but my husband said the sausage gravy was tasty. I brought my own oatmeal and took advantage of their strong coffee, hot water, and fresh fruit. Free breakfast is free breakfast and it was ultimately better than I expected.

Pros (+) Clean, big, and fully stocked. Great Location. The in-room keurig was with k-cups was a welcome surprise in the morning.
Pros (+) The beds were comfortable and Keurig was a nice take on the usual hotel coffee. The hotel was well-located.
Cons (-) The sinks and floors were dirty. One of the lights in the bathroom was burned out and the lampshade next to the bed was broken which made the room feel cheap and sketchy.
Pros (+) Good value. Comfortable bed. Everything I needed (tv, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, WiFi, table & chair, air conditioning).
Cons (-) Breakfast was adequate but a variety of fruit other than just apples would have made it more nutritious (like oranges, bananas, grapes).
Pros (+) The staff allowed me to stay on ground level... After moving some people around... I had heavy equipment to move around. They really went out of their way to accommodate my needs.
