Pros (+) The location to the Shakespearean theaters,downtown, and shopping .
Cons (-) The room was a bit small by modern standards, but, it is an older, 1920’s hotel.
Pros (+) I loved the location (literally steps to Shakespeare Festival) and the feeling of an old hotel with good amenities. Charming old hotel.

Pros (+) This was my second stay at the Ashland Springs Hotel and it was just perfect. The staff is really lovely and the rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant, Larks, next door is delicious and also has a wonderful staff. And sitting by the fire in the lobby drinking tea is such a pleasant way to spend an hour on a winter afternoon! I wouldn't stay at any other spot in Ashland!
Pros (+) The building itself was beautiful and the location was great. Breakfast was decent.

Cons (-) Stayed here 2 of 4 nights. Elevator out both nights and we were on the 8th floor. Many "unique" Ashlandians out in the dark parking lot at night.

Pros (+) The old style charm of the hotel fresh local flowers and views of the city. Location can't be beat for Oregon Shakespeare festival breakfast in the morning. Harp and flute music in the lobby

Pros (+) Clean room, respectful to time period of the hotel. Tiny room but quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Tallest building in Ashland at 9 stories. Seriously within strolling distance of anything downtown
Cons (-) Small room. AC didn't want to kick in, propped up window the full 6 inches that was allowed.
