Pros (+) The best feature for us was the staff and their commitment to guest care. The location is excellent ..close to galleries etc and right on a peacrful section of canal. The back garden of the hotel is unique and difficult to better as a place to relax after a long day viewing and walking.. The hotel is close to some excellent restaurants includimg the black and blue.
