Staff was very cool!!!!!! They helped us a lot. Very nice people.
Good location and pretty good breakfast. Although the building does not look very good, the place itself is Ok.
The shower draining could of been better
Location was very good, close to each important landmark of the city center, staff was always helpful and tried to make us feel like home.
It is a bit hard to find, but not a big deal.
The staff was extremely friendly. I stayed here twice and they recognized me the second time and treated me very kindly. Fantastic value for your money. Especially if you are on a G Adventures tour and need to book an extra night in Amman. It is down the steps from the Signature Hotel which is the starting point for G Adventures.
Pros: - staff was friendly (that was a trait of all Jordanians we met, except for a taxi driver who returned 1 JD less); - we could let our luggage at the property after check-out, until the flight time; - if you are looking to be very close to Amman downtown, although this is also a very unclean and poor neighbourhood it is also the place where you can feel best the Jordan vibration, then Nobel Hotel is just 4 minutes walking distance away.
Cons: - we stayed for 4 nights and not once did the cleaning staff come to take care of basic needs like replacing towels or suplying toilet paper (not to mention cleaning the room) - even after requesting towels replacement and being promised to have the room cleaned the next day no action was taken and I had to go ask for clean towels again at the reception, not something one enjoys doing after a day of Petra walking; - from day 1 the room was not clean, with a lot of dust under the bed, unclean bed sheets and no pillowcase. And the fridge was a mess, with some chocolate piece still there from a previous guest; - there was no Wi-Fi coverage in the room (129, but also saw some other quests on the lobby just to get some Internet access; - the breakfast was bad looking (we tried once and got served some dirty boiled eggs and strangely red ham), nothing to blame here as it might be the way locals eat and that's fine, but based on our personal preferences I do not see the point of even booking breakfast-included; - both the washbasin and the toilet were leaking water.
