Pros: Their Pool with their Water Slides sold it for the kids. They just wanted to do that. It was amazing. Staff were amazing. Special mention to
1). Diago(Bar staff at the pool) who was just a fabulous guy. Great service.
2). Cruz at the Omelette Station who went out of his way to please the kids
3). Housekeeping Staff Pradip. Kept our place spotless.
Great value for money on the food. Located well , you you can get food from out delivered to you too.
They have 4 tennis courts that no one used.
Good enough Gym for a short stay.
Cons: I know the property is 40 years old and mostly you tend to not realize that when you're staying at the hotel. However, when you walk into the Men's locker, it really smells. they have a Jacuzzi but the stench in there would mostly not let you risk staying in there long enough to even shower, leave alone use the rest of the facility.
Pros: A run down hotel, smelly rooms, service and staff are very good but that cannot make up for the general bad state the hotel is in
Cons: I checked out a day early and while I knew I would have to pay the full night and was ok with it, they also me pay the surcharge for an upgrade I only took because my room was facing a noisy roundabout. A ricidilous bill for a truly bad hotel
Pros: Kindness of the staff
Pros: Good pools and work out gym.
Cons: Poor wifi service; slow; no wifi in rooms
Pros: BEAUTIFUL piano and violin music in the lobby area every night. Very nice. Very nice and friendly staff, and very much enjoyed the gym and the olympic pool for swimming laps. Taxis are always available out front, and the Al Ain mall is very close. Did not like however, that wifi was ONLY available in the lobby. So incredibly inconvenient. Hilton can provide it in the individual rooms, as it IS available...you just have to pay for it. Why though?! Most hotels offer it free in the rooms, but Hilton did not, and the way they advertised their wifi for this hotel is misleading to make one think it would be available in the room for free. Also, the shower curtain was cheap and of poor design, as it did not actually keep water inside the shower (ended up all over the bathroom floor instead), and the hair dryer got overheated fairly quickly and just stopped working. Though the pool was nice, I did go one morning only to find a disturbing number of materials such as cigarette butts, bees, ants, and pigeon feathers floating in the water. Gross.
Pros: Convenient Location ... MOST HELPFUL and friendly staff! The housekeeping staff and concierge were amazing!
Cons: Rates went up while we were there ... August 30 & 31st were much cheaper than September 1st & 2nd

Don't stay here if you have a lot of luggage. Parking is about 50 yards from the front entrance and there is not concierge available. Again not 4 star quality.
Pros: The room was of a decent size and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: It's an old resort. There seems to be a lot of potential for it to be a nice place but they don't put the money in to upkeep the grounds. Room service food was pretty average and is delivered in plastic to go containers, not four star service at all.
A nice little getaway if you live in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. It's a quiet respite from the big city.
Pros: The staff were very professional, warm, helpful, and friendly. You won't get bored at the hotel cause there's some activities you could do - swimming, biking, rec room, museum, gym/sauna, etc...
Cons: The emergency light on the ceiling has an annoying green light that is lit the whole time. It glows even brighter when it is dark so it could be annoying at night. Breakfast was so-so.
