Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently appreciated the hotel's central location and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Many reviews highlighted the convenience of being close to city attractions and services. However, several guests reported issues with amenities such as the pool and gym, as well as maintenance problems in rooms. Noise was also a concern for some, especially due to poor sound insulation and external disturbances. Cleanliness feedback was mixed, with some positive mentions but also complaints about dirty rooms and bathrooms. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, improvements are needed in amenities, maintenance, and noise control.
