Pros: we did not fly as we missed the flight due to freeway accident delayed 1.5 hours
Cons: airline told to come back next day and would have to pay another change fee for each leg of the flight totaling $1,000 USD. Opted for another airline to leave same day for same price and spare the cost of another hotel night's stay and taxi charges. airline agents really did not care.review from
