Pros (+) This hotel has been around for a good number of years, but don't let that discourage you for a moment. From the moment I walked in, Vivek at the reception was super attentive and helpful up to the extreme, made me feel like they valued my SPG status at all times. Cons (-) When I arrived only rooms with children's beds were available. I was moved the second night to a room with an adult bed.
Pros (+) There're several restaurants and outlets in this hotel in addition to a vast and well equipped gym, food is generally ok in most restaurants
Cons (-) Rooms are so small, beds are uncomfortable, A/C system is so old and very noisy, staff are using mainly out-dated computers and very often these are not working properly
