Pros (+) The proximity to the mangrove is both beautiful and tranquil. The service was exception- above and beyond expectation.
Cons (-) Nothing- really a tremendous experience.
Pros (+) Fantastic customer service, they upgraded when possible and offered to allow me to stay late due to a late flight. The grounds were immaculate, rooms gorgeous, bed comfortable and very well kept.
Cons (-) The floorplan and connections to nearby buildings is bit intelligent. The spa requires walking two corridors and two floors, the promenade is not air conditioned space meaning a sweltering walk to get anywhere from the lobby.
