10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Friendly uncomplicated no nonsense approach to boarding
Cons:No complaints
8.0 Very Good
Pros:Like option of ordering meals.
5.6 Fair
Pros:The price is ridiculously cheap.
Cons:The seats are tiny. No entertainment. Could not hear or understand the announcements.
6.6 Okay
Cons:Seating was too crowded and not enough room to get in and out of the seat aisles.
8.3 Very Good
Pros:Kudos for Aer Lingus because they held the flight for us due to a late departure on the first leg of our journey. Food was above average (dinner on the cross-Atlantic trip). Got a very good fare and it was a round trip from Hartford, meaning we didn't have to drive to Boston or New York.
6.6 Okay
Pros:Entertainment options were great.
Cons:Seats were so flimsy and right next to bathroom traffic.
6.3 Okay
Pros:Decent food. No food or drink, not even water in last 3 hours. Should have come around with water at least. No breakfast served even tho given a paper saying there would be a small breakfast befor landing in Dublin.
Cons:Very cramped seating!!!!!
7.3 Good
Pros:The crew was amazing and very accomodating.
Cons:The planes were a bit tight and the food was as to be expected
5.6 Fair
Pros:Tv and movie selection was good. Easy boarding process.
Cons:Flight attendants were brusque and somewhat abrasive. Rigid rule following as compared to other airlines i.e. No headphones, upright seats, open windows during take off. Totally understand they are the rules but the way they were enforced felt condescending and rude. Broken mechanism on seat kept one from being compliant with maintaining chair in upright position during takeoff. Appreciated the blanket and pillow, but did not feel it was my responsibility to place the empty seat's pillow and blanket under the seat in front of it in preparation for take off. Also found the sales pitch (perfume, etc) at the end of the flight bizarre for an airline.
9.0 Wonderful
Pros:Everything went smoothly.
