Pros (+) The quality of the hotel
Cons (-) Normally we like more low key accommodations but it was great because my wife and I were sick and we needed to recover quickly.
Pros (+) I liked that service at the hotel. Once you entered, you were greeted immediately and taken care of. I was able to check in early and get my room earlier than check in time. The staff was very attentive and you could see that they tried their very best (especially the housekeeping team).
Cons (-) The pool bathrooms. Because I had a late flight and wanted to freshen up prior to my flight, I had access to the pool / gym bathrooms to freshen up and it did not live up to my expectation as it felt like it was literally a bathroom / shower in a hut. It needs to be regularly cleaned by the hotel.
