Pros (+) Had a wonderful experience! My friend and I came up to enjoy Busch gardens. The staff was over the top. They accidentally gave us a key to a room that wasn't cleaned yet. They were very upset with the situation and gave both of us a free dine-in breakfast at the Harvest Grille. The new room was very cushy and comfortable. Other than the hallways being a little bit stuffy, I have virtually no compl...

Cons (-) The Rat Pack called and they want their Hotel back. This hotel is old and out dated, too many additional charges for amenities that are complimentary at other hotels. Rear security door was broken and one elevator at the rear of the hotel for both guest and staff. Terrible lighting at night. Pack a lunch and water for the walk to the lobby from the rear of the hotel.
