Pros (+) They were flexible to me check in and check out, had a great location close to metro, DuPont, and National Cathedral, were clean, comfortable bed, and had just excellent customer service. And excellent value, good for short or ext need stay.
Cons (-) Could use some updating, but it is still clean and comfortable. Shared bathrooms were fine, and clean, but should be more obviously noted.

Pros (+) The staff was lovely and incredibly helpful. The room was clean and homey. The location was great right next to the zoo and the metro.
