Pros (+) Location.
Cons (-) Dated. Not particularly clean.
Pros (+) Great value for price. The hotel is located in a great area right at the beginning of Georgetown. It is convenient and walking distance to everything (including national mall if you walk a half hour). Being close to waterfront was also great feature. The room was spacious and had full kitchen which was great. The room was very comfortable as well.
Cons (-) Decor seemed a little dated, especially in the kitchen, but that really doesn't bother me that much. Room seemed very clean but on my last day I found A HUGE WATERBUG in the closet. That totally ruined it.
