The receptionists were very helpful and extremely friendly! It turns out that they were both from the area where I live and work. We had a lot to talk about. The facilities were clean and the beds were BEYOND cozy! I like the location as it is just a short walk from the metro and tram. I will be staying again in the future!

No extra pillows as we requested, and the bed was very uncomfortable, unfortunately. Also, there was a large window in the room where we were, and anyone from the opposite buildings could easily see us when we were in the bathroom. Like literally the window didn't have a curtain, and we were ashamed for our needs. Also, some cleaning guy entered our room without knocking and he said "room service" even though we didn't asked for it. We were really embarrassed because we were getting ready to leave the place after we arrived there. Also, there was some nasty smell when we arrived.

Everthing was perfect. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. toilet, shower was again totally good and Clean. There was Shampoo and Hair drier. U dont have to pay for the locker in the room. U can borrow it with deposit. Plus the environment seemed secured, the staff was friendly. There is reception 7&24 which is a plus. There are Supermarkts also around there.
İts a bit far from the Innere Stadt. But its not a problem, bcuz there is a train Station almost 5 min away, so u can easily get the city Center.
