Cons (-) tiny room w thin walls so you could hear people in next room, hall, elevator; some staff minimally trained; no newspapers; office center computers expensive; ice machine didn't work on our floor or 3 floors lower, had to go 4 floors for ice; stairways and hallways to gym & pool a multistory maze;

Pros (+) We were very close to the Canada line for transport from YVR. Rogers Arena a close walk. This location exceeded our expectations.

Pros (+) Location is great. Walkable distance to Gastown (10-15 mins), Chinatown (5-10 mins), Pacific Center shopping areas (10-15 mins), and BC Place stadium was down the block. Staff were friendly and there's a lounge on the premise.
Cons (-) Couldn't check in until 4PM due to the hotel being fully booked the night before so they need extra time to clean on the day of before my family can check into our rooms. But in return we did getbeautiful view from our room.
