This property is false advertising - it is really run down, marginal on the cleanliness, there is no exterior lighting on the buildings, which are far from the main lobby, the buildings do not have visible room numbers, the in room dining fell far below other properties I’ve stayed at, there’s no apparent security. Pros (+) The grounds were great and well kept. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. The room was clean and the patio was nice. Room service was great and the food was good. The pool area was good but not totally clean and kept up
Cons (-) The room needs more surfaces for the size. We asked for an extra chair for our son for the patio were told that there were none available. We found this strange because we could see others around with multiple chairs with the same room. We also think the room could use some updates. The tub was old and stained. Pros (+) The facilities were obviously old and had not been up to date and repaired. There was no refrigerator and microwave. The TV was a fairly small tube type. The lavatory sinks were cracked. The room and surroundingsee needed cleaning, and the pavement was in desperate need of repair.
Pros (+) The room was spacious and well-equipped.
Cons (-) Getting to my room was a little difficult, considering 2 rolling pieces of luggage and a laptop bag. As was getting it to my car when I checked out. But I could have asked for help. The bedside light needed to be fixed and the minifridge shelves were damaged. Not a major gripe; but enough so that perfect was not applicable.
Pros (+) Excellent service. Friendly and helpful. I really like this property. Very good value and I love the spa too.
Cons (-) I was a bit far away from the main property which made it difficult to get to. The streets need to be repaired and had to watch my ankles. I decided to w as lk where the golf cart road which was much easier to walk on.
