Pros (+) - Yorkville location is decent - Restaurant is good, and bar is solid - Big bathrooms and spacious rooms are pleasant
Cons (-) - Area under construction, lots of noise, poor views, and inaccessibility to hotel via car/Uber. - Really crappy facilities.
