The Club Lounge was outstanding: a truly lovely place to be, hang out and have food. I also liked the swimming pool and hot tub. The connection to Mori Tower at different levels was also very convenient. The Grand Hyatt Tokyo is a lovely place to stay.
Pros (+) Concierge and the whole hotel staff is amazing great rooms and value Hyatt rewards. We will be back
