Pros: They were very attentive and proactive.
Cons: We didn’t receive hedphones
Pros: The snacks were nice and the crew was nice
Cons: Boarding was TERRIBLE!! Everyone was rushing the podium and overwhelming the employees!! Basically the employees could not control the crowd. Having lanes, or signs in multiple languages for boarding zones would be helpful
Cons: I got billed a higher price than I was quoted.
Cons: Boarding could be better organized3
Pros: crew was efficient and friendly
Cons: Everything was excellent - your system did not register when I clicked excellent for each category
Pros: Flight attendant service is spot on, quick and most of all, very friendly!!
Cons: As for this particular flight, I wished they offered a premium economy class. It’s like your either rich or poor...economy or business class. To upgrade on this flight was $1850 each leg!!
Pros: All was fine !
Cons: All was perfect.
Pros: Size of seats and space in business
Cons: Food, service and limiting screaming children in business.
Pros: Size of the seats, space
Cons: Older plane, mediocre service and food. And two screaming babies two rows ahead.
Cons: For a 1 hour flight from Chiang Mai to Bangkok, they served a delicious meal and hot beverages. Great seats in business class. Nice Thai lounge in Chiang Mai airport. Would definitely fly Thai Airlines again!
Cons: Staff tried to accommodate my vegetarian requirements but with limited success.
Pros: A seat in the upper deck. Very attentive flight attendants.
Cons: With a biz class, I assumed alcohol would be served, well, it wasn't. I fly all over the world and this is the only airline I have ever flown which didn't serve alcohol with a biz class seat. I was told they don't serve alcohol on domestic flights.
Pros: Flight was very comfortable.
Cons: Nothing really. It is just hard work doing such a marathon flight.
Cons: Direct tarmac to plane without bus
Pros: We may not take Thai airways after our horrible experience with rude crews.
Cons: Very rude flight attendants ..
Pros: Crew good. Seat better than airbus seats!
They could try the “extra-mike” sometimes being good it’s not it.
Pros: Airplane and staff
Cons: No headphones at board
Pros: Absolutely nothing
Cons: Food was more than pathetic, service was horrible and flying experience was very poor. Everything could be better
Cons: Service, food, flying experience in short everything
Pros: Great services
Cons: Sitting in front is better
Pros: Great plane and seat comfortable
Cons: Next time fly on Royal Silk
Pros: Seat not comfortable but it was an airbus so that’s normal.
Cons: Entertainment was unusable picture sounds skipping all over!
Cons: No headphones
Cons: We were impressed that they served food
Pros: The prompt service of the staff and comfort of the plane.
Cons: Warm snacks instead of cold pastry.
Pros: Flight was on time
Cons: Despite pre ordering, no special meal. Flight attendants were rude
Cons: Allow passengers to select their seats when paying for a ticket.
