Pros (+) The rooms are beautiful and clean. The room had a refrigerator and wine opener which was perfect. The Chase Park lounge had live music and a fun atmosphere. The movie theater was a nice touch although we did not see a movie during our stay.
Cons (-) What happened to microwaves in hotel rooms? Can we get them back please. The tenderloin room had a nice atmosphere but a very limited menu. The fitness center was somewhat difficult to locate and did not have a sauna even though they offer classes. For the price, it would be nice for some of these additional options.

Pros (+) Everything was truly wonderful. From cleanliness of the entire place to the pool, bars, room service, movie theatre and conference facilities there is not one thing that I encountered on my three day stay that could have been improved upon and I don’t see that very often!

Pros (+) I love the Art Deco building. The rooms are comfortable. It's location near restaurants, bars and the park is terrific. Our room was quiet dispite the the festivities going on in the hotel.
