This is a Hilton? More like a defunct motel… it was just bad. No one thing to make it awful, just an accumulation of bleh. From the peeling paint to the dumpster next to our room, it didn’t feel very Hilton. But it certainly costs Hilton… Don’t go here

It’s about time Hilton either write off the property or completely refurbish it to another brand. Rooms and Capet are all old and worn down. Rooms are small. Bar and restaurant had odd hours (bar might even be permanently closed due to covid). Housekeeping knocked 3 times before 10am and check out is 13 midnight. Parking was ridiculous (not even on property and you cannot even use your room key to open the garage as advertised). Breakfast was overpriced and small portions. The only nice thing is the lobby used to be an old bank building with marble and granite. That was cool. Everything else was horrible.

Pros:Great location. Staff was good too. The rooms were clean and very updated. Shower pressure was great. Rooms had high ceilings.
Cons:You have a 20/day self parking fee. For the money do ballet for only 10 more

Pros:While the hotel is clean and beautiful, what really stood out to us was how incredibly friendly and accomidating the staff was. We've never experienced such genuine hospitality before. This will definitely be our "go-to" hotel when we're in St. Louis.
Cons:Zero complaints. Everything was completely up to par. Proce was fair. We could not find fault.

Pros:The location is good if you need to be near the conference center.
Cons:The room was very small. Our view was a brick building. We didn't have enough towels. The front desk staff was indifferent about our requests. Parking is pricey. The restaurant was awful.
