Pros (+) Cheap, conveniently located near I-95, and having the attached IHOP seemed like a plus if we wanted breakfast.
Cons (-) The temperature outside was 65 degrees, inside the room it was about 85, and even with the air conditioner on full blast the heat was oppressive all night long. I consider it flatly unacceptable for any place in Florida to have a weak air conditioning. We were here in winter and I cannot possibly imagine staying in summer. If we had stayed for more than a single night I would certainly have cancel...

Cons (-) There were fruit flies everywhere. The toilet would not flush and started overflowing towards the end of the trip. We asked for a non smoking room and they gave us a smoking room. I would not recommend it.
