Pros (+) The staff was excellent from beginning to end. We had to leave early, we’ll before the 6am breakfast. And the staff made coffee and a to go breakfast stash for us. Above expectations.
Pros (+) Price. Very comfortable beds.
Cons (-) Room smelled like swimming pool.Did only the bare minimum to refresh the room daily. No bed service. One day didn't make the bed because our 4 year old's stuffed animals were on it. Never made up the pull out sofa bed for our entire stay.

Pros (+) Using the pre-checkin was a breeze. Friendly and helpful staff. Having full breakfast ready each morning was a real time saver when you're trying to get out the door for meetings. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Especially liked that pets are welcome without any additional charge.
