My flight was cancelled TWICE on May 22, AA gave me a room to stay overnight before handing back to airport at 3am. After standing in line to rebook for 3 hours in the morning and 5 hours in the afternoon, I had to stand again, outside the airport, with my 3-pc luggage for ONE HOUR, waiting Hilton shuttle to get me! Even after I made 6 phone calls to the hotel, only 2 of which were actually picked...

Pros (+) The staff was gracious and helpful. They provided any assistance needed, as well as supplies.
Cons (-) The food was very good, but the breakfast was not free.

Cons (-) The first room i had to move due to ants. what i was looking for was rapid response. there was action, i was told the maintenance people would be in the morning, but not immediate. something like this needs immediate action, change room, the inconvience of me having to come back later that day to move my stuff to another room!
