Pros:The beach and pools were nice.
Cons:No air conditioning. Hot and too smoky for windows to be open. Even with wolindows open and all fans going it was very hot on main floor and loft. Not bearable during the day and until after dark. Dish washer was filthy when we checked in. Food dripped on top of and down door. Filter area was caked with food and debris. It took 3 or 4 calls to desk to get it cleaned enough to be able to use. Lack of soap and dish soap. Had to call multiple days for more. Also, needed to call for extra towels for our family of 5 multiple days.

Pros:Good value for money but the cleaning was not up to scratch. I don't think the sheets on our bed had been changed. Hairs on the sheets when I have inspected before bed. There were hairs on the bathroom floor. Carpets were worn in areas. Bedding looked about 20 years old. Just felt a little yukky

Pros:The Condo was lovely and clean. The proximity to the sandy beach at Lake Tahoe and the South Shore casinos is excellent. Also, the grounds are beautiful with all of the lovely pine and redwood trees on the property. We had a wonderful relaxing visit, and I will definitely recommend Aston Lakeland Village to my friends
Cons:Condos located near Lake Tahoe Blvd are too noisy with the traffic close by. I had to request a different condo than the one originally assigned to us, and Aston was very gracious about moving us to a condo closer to the Lake.

Pros:We enjoyed the swimming pool
Cons:First of all am not saying all employees are not properly trained doing their job but some of the employees yes they are not properly trained especially when they are charging bills to their guests when they checking in like what happened to us it is so terrible experienced we ever had in that place I booked online and make reservation I payed everything online so when I came to the front desk at the resort I told Them that I have reservation and I payed online however this employee asking for my debit card charging for any damages incase we something happen to the unit for amount of $100 for me doesn't matter because he said they will refund it after we check out so I said ok but then after an hour I check my online banking and it showed up in my bank account that the resort charge me $348 I can't believe this people can't do their job right so I told them what happen and they told me that they will refund it and they said it takes 3 to 5 business days to refund completely in my bank account and the next day I saw in my bank account they charge me again $740 I can't believe this place this is so much errors and stupidity why they can't do their job really guy come on!!' so I talk to them again and again and again all they did is sorry we will refund it we just make a mistake. And also at the next counter at my left side another costumer complained because of their errors over charging their costumers!!!! Please don't go in this resort believe me!!!!

Pros:The free shuttle was great- we never waited for more than 5 minutes for a ride. It was nice to have the continental breakfast as an option. Service was great and everyone was very friendly. Having a kitchen was great.
Cons:Room (especially the bathroom) was kind of cramped.

Cons:The AC unit did not cool the room properly. Had to get and extra fan. The room was a non smoking room but there were cigarette butts on the balcony and the worse part was when I turned my covers down on the bed and found a large black hairball in between the sheets

Pros:Location is perfect BBQ grills on property are nice
Cons:Pools were not heated even though they advertised them that way. They stick you in the main building in the summer on the first floor with paper thin ceilings so you are awakened by the people above and you are far away from the beach and with only a queen size bed even though other rooms were available the Andrea manager wanted an upcharge of 50 per night plus tax for them even though the reception clerk said it was no problem to move. Andrea the manager always had a fake forced smile and was not customer focused at all. The room carpets were filthy.. they needed shampooing.

Pros:This was everything we needed for a weekend with my son and his family! The unit we were in is a three storey condo with three bedrooms (one in the loft) and two baths, full kitchen, living room and laundry. And the kids (and I'm including my grown son here) really enjoyed the wood fireplace! Beautiful surroundings, right on the beach. We decided to buy groceries and stay in the first night. ..a very good choice as the kitchen was well appointed. There are even board games! !
Cons:Just be aware that the loft gets really hot if you use the fireplace in the evening.

Pros:Access to beach is great. Shuttle service on demand is excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking was tight, but we were there on 4th of July. Our suite was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, etc. (though we didn't need a kitchen for a one night stay). Would stay there again, but book a room earlier and request a room that is located as far from Hwy 50 as possible.
Cons:Our suite was spacious, except for the shower and toilet room which was extremely small. Furniture could use an update, screen doors were barely functional. Suite was facing Hwy 50 and was REALLY noisy. Needed to have the doors open because it was quite warm. I suppose in winter the noise wouldn't be an issue because you could keep the doors closed. Lastly, we paid way more than the room was worth, but booked it only a week before the 4th of July, so it was somewhat expected.
