Pros: The property is decidedly a Grande Dame. You almost feel underdressed if not attired in formal wear. However it a far from stuffy. The staff are exquisite, knowledgeable and charming. The team of Concierge were outstanding in their recommendations and arrangements. . Breakfast buffet is one of the best I've enjoyed.
Cons: The Executive chef needs to learn how to get a brigade together. Dined twice in the main restaurant. On the second night the majority of the diners waited endlessly for their courses to arrive. Obviously a big break down. Any Chef, worth their title, should have been in view and pologizing for their ineptitude. The only blip on the radar but it was a massive one that tarnished 3 incredible nights.

Pros: I loved everything about this hotel. The location is wonderful. It's not in the center of the hustle and bustle but very close, only a few minute walk. It's nice and quiet at night. The hotel itself is stunning, so romantic & charming. The hotel is a maze - be patient it could take you 45 to find your room but it's worth the adventure. It's a very charming hotel that hasn't been updated in a big way in a long time so if you're looking for something NEW this is not the place for you. If you like character & tranquility you'll love this spot.
Cons: I don't have anything negative to say but there are a few things I wish I knew before I booked because for some people these could be deal breakers. If you have mobility issues or can't climb stairs easily this is NOT the place for you. I mentioned the place is like a maze, which I loved but when I had 8 bags (2 weeks worth of luggage for travel around Spain) and couldn't find my room for 45 min. There is no rhyme or reason to the layout of this place so some rooms are up around winding hallways and hidden passage ways & there are no signs. Not handicap friendly! The other thing is that there is only wifi in the one common area lobby - so if you need to work or don't feel like splurging on an international data plan, you'll be disconnected for most of your stay as a lot of surround places don't have wifi either.

Cons: The hotel is a maze of 20+ individual homes that have been joined by tunnels, walkways, etc. There is little signage and only a hand drawn paper map provided to guide you. We were literally lost for a good bit of the time finding our room and facilities

Pros: The collection of buildings is beautiful and charming and the staff was very helpful after our initial problem with getting us into a nicer room. Well situated in the city. Much more impressive inside than you would expect.
Cons: Our first room had mildew in the closet. I was bummed because we lost the spa tub, but they upgraded us to a suite as soon as we pointed out the issue.

Pros: This hotel was very modern and clean. The rooms are nice and have all the emenities you need. Staff very friendly and nice breakfast. Located about a 15-20 min walk from Plaza Espana, about an 8min cab ride from the Cathedral. I would definitely stay at this hotel and any othe NH hotel again.

Pros: The staff was very friendly, the location was quite nice and convenient, the rooms were clean and the bathroom was spectacular.
Cons: The hotel was undergoing a major renovation. Near constant construction noise could be heard throughout the day. The staff kindly switched our room to a less noisy one, though the noise could still be heard. In my opinion, the hotel should not be open to guests during such a major construction!

Pros: The hotel is literally right outside the gate of the train station. It was perfect for us since we were trying to get in and out of the train station as quickly as possible. It is perfect for business travelers or someone passing through quickly. The outside and lobby are very modern, but the rooms are dated but clean. Though their gym had equipment from the 1970s it was nice I have something to workout on.

Pros: This location was far from the touristy things to do. It is however right across the street from the train station so walk! The breakfast was excellent it would be a great space for a convention. The pool is very nice but the gym is just ok.

Pros: The Ayre has a mauve and purple theme which is pleasant set in a delightful modern decor. There is a pool, though a bit small and a buffet (which I did not have) for breakfast (for a fee), For a short night in Seville it was so convenient to be able to walk to the Train station, with luggage in tow. I asked for a quieter room as there were many on my floor and they immediately moved me. They have toiletries and more than I needed.
Cons: I wish it had been 10 euros less, but in end I would stay again if I needed to take the train.

Pros: The hotel rooms are quite spacious with a nice sized closet. I liked that it had a safe in the room as well. The location was good for me and I loved the view of the river. The breakfast has a lot of variety and the food was quite good.
Cons: I like that the hair dryer was in the bathroom, but didn't like that you had to hold the on button to keep it going. This might sound picky but it's not the best way to use it if you have to spend a lot of time. Also, the décor is a bit outdated, but the rooms are spacious and quite clean.

Pros: Brand new property
Cons: Brand new property however the location is out in the sticks. They have limited parking so coming in a car might be an issue. You can use the shuttle they provide but that has limited hours and availability basically you are screwed either ways. Taxi to train station charged Euro 22 whereas a day before it charged us Euro 11 what happened? Will tell you, they charge a premium to come get you at the hotel and the staff there doesn't even know that's the case. My friends and I were disappointed with our stay at the property purely because of poor location.

Pros: Hotel was amazing. Beautiful pool and patio, excellent staff and service, wonderful food at the on-site restaurant, comfortable rooms, modern gym and business office facilities, free laundry. Grocery store around the corner of needed. Free daily shuttles to the city centre. What more could you ask for? Excellent hotel.

So I clicked book it, it was a non refundable rate. Then it showed the September date booked. Immediately called Getaroom and they were supposed to fix it, still have not heard back.

Pros: the hotel was perfect except for the noice made when doors are closed, even when we re careful.... we came for a half marathon race and the geographical position was perfect for our race and for getting everywhere around town by foot the reception was perfect, especially with the very helpful and friendly lauren...and the nice guy at breakfast but i failed to get his name

Pros: Exceptional staff. Friendly, receptive, and very helpful. Located in quiet, mostly residential neighborhood. Easy walk to food and drink. Large outdoor courtyard with comfortable seating. Wifi available, although not accessible from our room. Small bar, but not much of a scene during our stay. Area consists of many narrow streets, but very walkable. Easy access to C3 bus that runs a circle route to centro Sevilla and back to the nearby Macarena Cathedral. Alameda de Hercules and many restaurants within walking distance.
Cons: Avoid a ground floor room if possible. The cleaning crew's meeting area seemed to be near our room and was a little noisy in the mornings.

Pros: Location - excellent. It is a short walk to the Cathedral, and other parts of the old city. Restaurants and cafe bars are nearby. Hotel - the building is pretty with a Spanish tiled hallway and central courtyard. Staff - the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room - The room was clean and large. There are tea/coffee making facilities. There is a hairdryer and toiletries in the bathroom. Wi-fi excellent. Price was decent, so all in all pretty happy with everything.
