Pros (+) Location is perfect. Much within walking distance, but the Seoul Metro is right outside the front entrance. Interior design of the room was wonderful, with more than adequate amenities. Complimentary shuttle service was much appreciated after a long stay. The photos and reviews set high expectations, but the experience was even better. Cons (-) Only (minor) complaint is the elevator. You must go to the lobby at the top, transfer elevators, swipe your room key, then go down. Every time we left the room we would accidentally try to go down when you must go up to leave.
