8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and view was great. Easy walking to most everywhere.
Cons: Bed was firm. Floors had blonde hairs on them still.
7.5 Good
Pros: Lots of eating ect just up the hill in a beautiful part of the old city. Restaurant Jose a bit of a stitch up though.
Cons: A nightmare to find. NOTE you need to drive through the No Entery signs it's O K.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, very clean. Adequate room size. Reasonably comfortable beds, good wifi, quiet. Good convenient parking on site. Walk everywhere easy.
Cons: Advertised with air conditioning. But in reality the a/c is controlled centrally by the reception. So we could not use a/c and we needed it
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful & clean hotel in great situation with friendly staff.
Cons: Very tight hotel car park making it difficult to manouvre in & out - they do ask you to leave your keys securely with reception in case it does need to be moved while you are out. Coffee maker overflowed on using but didn't spoil our enjoyment of the hotel - maybe we did something wrong.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Continues to be a great hotel. Standard is high and never fails to provide a great stay.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location near the Alcazar in the old city. Good for walking to historic sites as well as bars & restaurants. Our room with a balcony had a view over the countryside. The breakfast had a variety of local ham & cheeses. Has a garage for parking. Staff were very helpful, especially giving directions on the phone for driving to the location when we were confused by the signs limiting vehicular traffic in the old town, and by the very narrow one-way streets. We definitely recommend it.
Cons: Nothing.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent position. Clean facilities. Comfortable beds. Room had a large balcony overlooking the Alcázar.
Cons: Very hot due to centralised heating system Which made sleeping difficult.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Great location
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Central location, historical feel, excellent views from garden. Rooms were large and well appointed with mini bar and filter coffee machine. Cannot fault it.
Cons: Getting there, Segovia is a warren of small one way streets and tight corners, beware if you have a large car.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location,parking, decor
Cons: There was a crack in our washbasin which we reported
Eurostars Convento Capuchinos - Segovia - Building

9.0 Excellent (1,651 reviews)

This hotel has facilities measuring 2530 square feet (235 square meters), including conference space. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The building is a former convent, converted inside very tastefully to a modern hotel. It is situated in the old town in walking distance to all the famous sights. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view of the hills. By chance we happened to see several hot air balloons in the morning. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom lacked nothing. The design of the common areas was very pleasant. The people at the front desk were helpful as well. The unexpected best part was the restaurant. We had the best tasting menu in Spain for a fairly reasonable price considering that it had a Michelin star. The dinner was truly wonderful.
Cons: We liked it all; we would like to return.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Quiet and peaceful. Excellent location.
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location, private parking, excellent 1* Michelin restaurant, price, staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is beautiful and the service is amazing! It was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in during our entire trip to Spain. Really top notch
Cons: We had to pay for for parking.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good sized comfortable room, beautifully restored convent
Cons: For a 5 star hotel- there should have been a pod coffee machine in the bedroom, not sachets of instant coffee Access to the pool, steam room and sauna incurred a cost of 25 euros per visit per person. On one day, the water system in the rooms was unusable due to regulation of the spa pool chlorination which realistically meant no showers or baths from 11am-8pm, but no recompense was offered
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful hotel, great location!
Cons: Nothing
7.9 Good
Pros: Clean,Central.
Cons: Breakfast area cramped.
6.7 Good
Pros: The hotel was great. Reception staff very helpful with advice and printing tickets. Lovely room. Super breakfast. Great location. The hotel deserves a 9.
Cons: Terrible spa experience. Run by a separate business with a different attitude. Expensive. I read in advance that I needed a cap in the swimming pool, so I brought my own. When I paid my entry I was told that I needed to buy flip-flops (not mentioned on the website). When I protested that these should be included in the price of 20 euro, they reluctantly lent me a pair. I was shocked when the receptionist came to tell me after 90 minutes that my time was up (time limit not mentioned when I paid) and I should leave. During the time I was there I was unable to use the small sauna because it was always full. Overall, an expensive and unpleasant experience.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff. Clean. Stone surfaces. General ambiance of quality and class. Great vistas. Direct walk-out access to shared lawn terrace. Very-well-maintained property. Very easy access to Plaza Mayor and restaurants. Very walkable location. Quality breakfast buffet. Overall cost of accommodations was good. Truly wonderful stay!
Cons: No alarm clock in room. Very few options for English-speaking TV (typical in Spain). Saturday stay (not a special day for us) was disproportionately expensive, compared to the other days of the week-- also common in Spain. Though free to use, the gym needed some attention (broken fan and treadmill) and had only very basic equipment (cardio and dumbbells). Gym drinking water came from free-standing water bottles and cups-- we were concerned about sharing with whomever opened the bottles previously. Fee required to use spa pool or sauna. No shower doors lead to very wet bathroom floors if you're not careful. But overall these, by no means, are deal breakers at all. Just plan for them.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location and building
Cons: Old convent, but very modern from the inside

Featured amenities include express check-in, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. 5.8 Okay
Pros: Location on main square.
Cons: Noise from square starts at 6am. Thin walls so you hear neighbours. Broken light in chandelier. Dangerous electrical cable across bathroom entrance. Needs refurbishment. No information at check in about hotel facilities, restaurant, breakfast, tourist map, events. One glass in bathroom between two people. Tried to get us to pay 40 euro for a transfer to station when it's 10 euro in taxi. I realised at that moment we were not guests but just another couple of dumb tourists to be fleeced.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location excellent. Staff welcoming and friendly. Room was clean. Quaint traditional style of decor and furnishings.
Cons: Notting to put off a return visit.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located right in the middle of plaza mayor, we can see the whole plaza from our balcony which is marvellous. It takes us only less than 10minutes to walk to the famous aqueduct. Parking service is superb, just need to leave the car outside the hotel and staff will handle the rest.
Cons: Nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Nothing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location right on the Plaza Mayor, my primary reason for selecting this hotel amongst all the other excellent offerings in Segovia. Excellent soundproofing from outside. Brilliant laundry service!
Cons: Slight noise inside hotel and dodgy temperature control of hot water. All quite acceptable from this grade of hotel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: great hotel and a fabulous location. Could do with a little updating especially the bathroom.
Cons: The bathroom
10.0 Excellent
Pros: History, Quaintness, location
8.5 Excellent
Pros: This was certainly one of the nicest hotels I saw in Segovia. Also, it's right on Plaza Mayor so it's hard to miss (some hotels are located on side streets).
Cons: Outside Madrid, it is much harder to find English speaking staff-- and Segovia is no exception. While they were very accommodating, getting detailed instructions was sometimes a challenge.
6.0 Good
Pros: close to historic places
Cons: no matrimonial bed
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel occupies great location right on the Plaza Mayor, it has lovely large rooms with high ceilings and has a traditional feel, while at the same time providing flat screen tv and wifi. Staff were helpful and the price was unbeatable.
Cons: No
5.3 Okay
Pros: I am sorry we did not enjoy our stay at this hotel
Cons: On a cold wet evening we would like to have been able to sit in the hotel to read. There was no room in the foyer to do this as it is a small area and was already occupied by other guests. Our room was small and had only one chair so we did not enjoy our stay there.
5.7 Okay
Pros: great location
6.3 Good
Pros: Excelent value for money and very good setting in the plaza mayor of Segovia. Cosy deco with a romantic /old fashion look in a period building, the stairs are worth seeing. Very nice restaurant, cosy, warm and calming with excelent menu.
Cons: The staff in the hotel was lovely but we found the restaurant staff a little bit cold and we even felt a bit unconfortable a couple of times.
6.8 Good
Pros: Very Centrally located. Valet parking was a big plus. Rooms excellent
Cons: no
3.6 Mediocre
Pros: very good breakfast, for genuine gourmands
Cons: Oh, they have a big technical problems, so big, that they have in their staff one special man-engineer, who runs from room to room to open the disorder doors, repair the showers and so on. And the rooms are so little that if you are not a Liliputian it is difficult for you to live there.
7.2 Good
Pros: location,
Cons: had to wait 20 mins for car to be brought back from garage, when we were in a hurry to get out.PLane to catch! Not really hotel fault as 2 other guests had checked out minutes before asking for their cars, but maybe a back up garage attendant to speed up getting car in emergencies. Also asked for view of cathedral at booking and didnt get it.
7.2 Good
Pros: convenient situation for all the sights. clean simple rooms, comfortable beds, very good value for money
Cons:
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Location, view, price, helpfulness of staff. We stayed at Plaza Mayor with a balcony view of the cathedral/ plaza.
Cons:

4.6 Okay
Pros: only a five minute walk to the main restaurant area and main square for the cathedral. Courtyard area is nice for a coffee. Being able to park in the underground car park was a plus.
Cons: This is a tired hotel that needs investment. Our room had a very strange smell which I think is due to poor ventilation. The bathroom fan did not work and look up at it you could see what was at least three years of accumulated dust so some health concerns spring to mind. The bathroom had the most stupid design I have ever seen where despite being a large bathroom the bidet was positioned right next to the bath so you had to very carefully extract yourself onto the 40 square centimetres of space between bath and bidet. Inconvenient and incredibly dumb design. The sound insulation wasn't the greatest as we could hear the low tones of snoring from a neighbouring room. Breakfast is included and is okay. Coffee from a self serv machine.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location is great. Front desk suggested a suckling pig restaurant was very good. Underground parking is convenient.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great rooms, pleasant staff, great location for old town
Cons: Parking expensive
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel with very good facilities and very helpful staff. Right inside the city walls and with a good private underground car park.
Cons: Nothing.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent bed room very nice. Parking was secure even if a little scary to actually park Front of house staff excellent
Cons: Breakfast could have been better lack of hot food. Trying to make a cup of tea was awful. Better choice of yogurts would have been good. Lovely Atrium but lacked any atmosphere difficult getting anything to eat in the evening presentation of food was poor
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was excellent, the staff helpful, and the buffet varied and excellent
Cons: Everything was good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was the best we had whilst away. Staff were brilliant nothing was too much trouble includingg recovering a bag we left in a cab. Location is very central for the aqueduct and cathedral. The castle is a ten minute walk away. The hotel garage was very handy as parking is limited
Cons: Nothing

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely spacious room, well appointed, very comfortable. A huge bed, it was all lovely. In fact our room also had a separate bedroom containing another bed. Amazing value for money. Excellent breakfast, great choice.
Cons: No restaurant or even a bar. There was a small stocked fridge in the room but no hot drinks or food available.
7.1 Good
Pros: Nice authentic building
Cons: It was very expensive (220 euros per night) for what you get. We had no view out of our window (only another building very close) and there was no coffee and tea in the room. Also no roomservice.
7.0 Good
Pros: Convenient location. A characterful renovation of a historic building
Cons: Soundproofing was not good. The noise from the bathroom in the adjacent room was very intrusive.
7.5 Good
Pros: An old tastefully refurbished building. Centrally situated with good parking facilities. Value for money breakfast buffet.
Cons: Very dim lighting in the room with noisy air con.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Droning intermittent noise probably from AC units in adjacent rooms spoiled sleeping
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location is super central and easy to get to. Good size rooms and value for money breakfast.
Cons: There is no lounge where to seat or have a coffee. It would be good to have a place to chill with friends outside the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean modern facilities, nice bathroom comfortable bed, spacious room with great view.
6.7 Good
Pros: 1. view from the room balcony. 2. design of the room with the rustic wooden windows, big old armchair and terracotta flooring with the large rug. 3. bathroom. overall, we absolutely loved the hotel/room which was felt was excellent value-for-money. it was essentially a hotel but felt more like a cosy inn which suited us perfectly as we don't like to stay in the typical tourist/business hotel.
Cons: perhaps the one let-down was the staff who did the check-in for us. he was not unfriendly or unprofessional but just seemed a little cold and extremely business-like.
4.3 Okay
Pros: hotel is close to historic center and walkable to sites in Segovia. Free WiFi was nice plus.
Cons: room safe didn't work in first room. We were switched to another, smaller room. Spa/hot tub was out of order during our whole stay. Parking was expensive and a hassle. "Cafeteria" was closed during the week. I expected a little more luxury for the price.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Brilliant hotel. Garage well worth the 13 euros. Spotless. Peaceful, great nights sleep.
Cons: No compliants at all.
6.7 Good
Pros: Location and stylish
Cons: Difficult to locate

Pros: Comfortable atmosphere. Good location and facilities
Cons:
6.4 Good
Pros: Proximity to centre of town and views from rooms.
Cons:
7.6 Good
Pros: Room
Cons:
8.0 Excellent
Pros: the room was spacious, the balcony and view were fabulous!! we would definitely go back there again!
Cons: the plumbing (flushing of the toilet) was a little loud, but nothing that really bothered us - we assumed it just went with an old building.
7.6 Good
Pros: The location is excellent (roughly equidistant between the Aquaduct and the Alcazar), the staff were very helpful and the room was more than acceptable. We received an upgrade to a suite at no extra charge. Any room on the 3rd floor or above has great views of the surrounding countryside.
Cons: No complaints whatsoever.
Candido - Segovia - Building
6
8.7 Excellent (2,182 reviews)
AED 422+

With a stay at Candido in Segovia, you'll be a 4-minute drive from Segovia Aqueduct and 7 minutes from Monasterio del Parral. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
7.7 Good
Pros: The hotel and room was fine.
Cons: We selected the hotel because it was closest to the cathedral with free parking, but the actual location was 2 miles away from the location displayed in the ap. Instead of an easy walk to the places we wanted to visit...taxi, taxi, taxi....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has a great feel to it as soon as you walk through the door. The welcome was friendy and efficient, the decor is beautiful. All staff were very helpful and had a great manner, showed great patience with our limited Spanish! The outside area was an added bonus and the food was delicious!
Cons: There was nothing to dislike.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely first class hotel .
Cons: Bit far from the historic center.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very well decorated and the rooms are large and comfortable.
Cons: The room we got didn’t have the heating working and we had to change the room at 10 pm. The staff was good about it though
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very large comfy bed, excellent bathroom with big separate shower, super selection breakfast buffet eggs cooked to order
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was really big even do it was a stard double. A lot of services, 24 hour reception, mini bar, pool, sauna. Everything was excellent.
Cons: There is no pedestrian walk from the outside of the hotel to the courtyard of the hotel, there is only a car entrance witch feels kinda awkward if your actually coming to the hotel by bus.
7.0 Good
Pros: This is a big hotel! It is easily accessible by car and there is free and plentiful parking. You can walk to the centre of Segovia, the the viaduct, within 30 minutes, there are pavements all the way. The room was big and clean, with desk and chair, sofa chairs and small table, and big bed, and the bed was comfortable. It was also quiet at night. There is a small supermarket 10 minutes walk away (towards the old town and on the other side of the road) if you want to purchase snacks/drinks, etc.
Cons: It is a shame that the outdoor swimming pool was closed as it was off-season, as the weather was pretty hot and I reckon a lot of visitors to the hotel would have enjoyed this facility. There is an indoor swimming pool that costs 12 euros to use, but use of the outdoor pool would have been ideal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a brilliant old style hotel, representing a grand living period, probably dating back to around the 1920.s but with all modern requirements you would expect in a hotel of today. I would thoroughly recommend staying at this hotel for the experience. The breakfast was brilliant.
Cons: Absolutely nothing.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast and location was good.
Cons: I reported a large amount of dust on the ledges behind the door it was not rectified before we left.
7.7 Good
Pros: My room was huge, clean, comfortable, and lovely (especially for then price).
Cons: When I checked in, I was told that breakfast was included with my stay, so I planned the beginning of my day around Hay. When I got to the breakfast room, the wait staff asked for my room number and had a list that told who was able to eat breakfast. I wasn’t on the list, so she came back up to me and told me but said not to worry and that she would ask the front desk. I asked if I should wait on getting my tea, but she said not to worry and went to the front desk. When she came back, she told me that it wasn’t included and just stared at me. It was awkward and she muttered something like I could still drink the tea, but I put it down, picked up my things, and sat in the lobby. I suppose I could have talked further with a staff member about it, but I was under one impression and when that didn’t turn out to be the case, they didn’t offer any other solutions. It was embarrassing to say the least.

Cons: Average hostel, basic rooms, common rooms need to be cleaned better, tv at the top floor was not working. Basic welcome at arrival.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect! Just 3 mins by walking to the city center. The attention was really good and the room was big enough :)
Cons: The bedroom hadn't any mirror or paper bin and that was a little bit uncomfortable. There was also a small emergency light that bothered us a little while sleeping.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is good, the room and bathrooms were clean and with good space. The staff is really nice.
7.5 Good
Pros: .I checked in after 8pm and they requested for id or passport copy check before my arrival so that they can give me the password to the hostel, because of privacy and sensitive data, i sent my id card copy to them by covering my ID number at first, however, they refused to accept it. I felt really unsecure and unsafe, but in order to secure of my room, i must have to send my id card without covering any personal sensitive data. At that time, i really wanted to complain to booking.com, however i didnt have time to do so as it was just one hour left before they were off duty.
Cons: Great location, walking distance from bus station and right in the main area. 4 bed dorm is cozy, there is kitchen for use. Breakfast isnt provided. I paid 2 eur for oats and toasts and sweetened milk.

Pros: Front desk staff friendly, helpful. Close to restos and aquaduct. Room with upstairs street view and big bed was better than photos. Used parking across street but.... (see dislikes below).

There is an underground parking garage across the street but need to temp parking in front of hotel to have front desk to go with you to parking checkin machine. If garage has vacancy. Unable to reserve since garage is avail to public. Other available parking garages for overnight parking may not be closeby. 3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: Style of building, and rooms, location, lack of pool and gym, too much like a conference centre
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great views. Lovely staff. High quality accommodation.
Cons: Probably a one-off but there were lots of boisterous young children that affected the ambience a little.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location, the check-in/ check out staff, the pool, the room was pretty good.
Cons: The restaurant staff needs lots of training. We were treated different from the other tables (maybe because he have two small kids or maybe because we are Latin Americans). For example besides the none friendly responses from the main waitress, we were not given a complementary snack before food was served as all other tables did. We were not offered bred and oil. We asked for cheese for the pasta bolognesa but they served it once we finish all other plates. When I complained the main waitress responded I thought you were served the complementary snack and offered the bread and oil.

Pros: Very good location. We change to the room with balcony with staff’s help. Great value for this price.
Cons: Cannot connect to Wifi all the time. Some rooms with windows facing inside.
6.7 Good
Pros: It was in a good location near the acquaduct and entrance into the old city. It was clean. The staff were friendly (though not all could speak English). If you aren't after anything fancy it would be sufficient.
Cons: The bed was uncomfortable - you could feel the springs when lying down. The television on the wall was very small. The room had an musty smell whenever the window was closed. The room looked a bit shabby, they had taped together the broken rails of the bedhead, the paint was peeling in places. The emergency exit light was too bright in the room. There was no refrigerator or kettle in the room which meant you were reliant on the food service places nearby for everything.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: All good here - good comms before we arrived, helpful, friendly staff, a clean, well appointed room and very close to the interesting part of Segovia. A bonus for us was the secure, underground parking for our motorbike (10€ per night).
Cons: One slight snag in an otherwise great stopover - the wall between our room and the next was so thin it was as if the occupants next door were in the room with us!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Top location, right in the centre, and it has parking (10 euro /night) good value and friendly staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and nice staff.
Cons: None
7.9 Good
Pros: The staff and cleaning ladies are super helpful. The location is great. The place offers everything you need for short stay.
Cons: The walls are really thin. You can hear people talking next door. It can be noisy at night with people getting in/out. Shared bathroom idea is not perfect but doable.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly helpful staff and a nice clean quiet room. Would definitely stay there again.
Cons: It would be nice if breakfast was included.
7.5 Good
Pros: The location was great right in the center. the accommodation was what we were expecting from the information received and the price. The breakfast was simple but good value.
Cons: Double bed a bit small . There was no hairdryer and as we were traveling I hadn't packed one.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: It’s all good!
6.7 Good
Pros: Location; cleanliness
Cons: Noise from inside; paper thin walls
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location and charm !
Cons: Though the hostal appeared to be a bit quirky, actually the fact that it was formerly a 15th century Andalusian convent made sense. It quickly became comfortable especially with the facilities which included a hot pot, a microwave and a frig.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very good central location. Nice and helpful staff. Room perfect for a day or two in the city.
7.1 Good
Pros: The location (right off the Plaza Mayor) was excellent and the room and facilities were clean and well maintained. The owner was extremely nice and helpful and available to me anytime.
Cons: The room was so small that there was only room for the bed. I didn’t even have a chair or table in the room. I was forced to conduct all business on the bed including packing and unpacking, writing and researching, etc. Also, I realized that it’s nice to have a chair to sit on so you’re not in your bed every time you’re in the room. I can’t speak for all the rooms but this was the case with mine. Also, there was no reception or breakfast or kitchen so cooking was out and I had to walk to find breakfast in the morning. A coffee pot or hot water carafe would be great, if there was room for them. Overall it was a nice, clean place it just was lacking a little bit.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is superb, just a few meters from Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral. The room was perfect, comfortable and clean. The staff are the best... extremely helpful and accommodating! Thanks Miguel for helping me out!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location!! 1 minute to Plaza Mayor! 2 clean beds, clean bathroom. Daily maid service. What more do you need when traveling!!
Cons: Need better WiFi connection.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location close to city centre but quiet and set back off the main square.
Cons: Nothing.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location, very very close to the main square and to the Cathedral, the rooms (beautiful and very comfortable) and the English speaking staff (not very common during my journey to Spain)
Cons: 1) The hotel is in two different buildings, located in two different streets at opposite sides of the main square, and the reception was in one of them only (in the building were I wasn't staying, of course). 2) I had to pay 20 euros for the automated parking in front of the hotel reception: no other possibilities in the city centre (you can park freely in the street - if you can find a place - but during the day you have to pay and can stay 1 hour only!); the automated parking has an agreement with the hotel (I costs 25 euro per day, but the price is 20 for the hotel customs)

Pros: A great overnight stop easy walking distance from all the attractions. Right in the heart of the old town. An excellent welcome from the front desk who were very helpful to two non Spanish speakers. Beds were comfortable and rooms clean.
Cons: Bathroom was a showing its age a little but still clean and worked well. Breakfast was a disappointment with dirty bowls and cutlery and served in the central courtyard which was a little dark.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was in a great location in Avila. The room was comfortable. The reception employees were nice and efficient.
Cons: We didn’t get one with a good view, but we booked late. Two issues-The air conditioning didn’t turn on. Also, I saw at least one black hair on the soap dish in the bathtub when I first got there, which was distressing. Otherwise it was a good place. I would have liked to have a little kettle to make a tea or instant coffee.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Warm welcome Good facilties
Cons: A little outside of Segovia
5.4 Okay
Pros: Bathroom modern, clean with good shower.
Cons: We were made to feel less than welcome when arriving before 3:00pm. We were asked to go away and come back later. Breakfast charge didn't seem good value especially when informed that fresh orange juice would be 2 Euros extra per person so we didn't have it. La falta de cortesia nos tomo' por sorpresa. No nos sentimos ni bienvenidos ni relajados. Tuvimos que firmar una nota por desperfectos o robos!!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and lovely beds
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was very comfortable and overall the hotel very pleasant indeed.
Cons: Being charged extra for a second cup of coffee at breakfast seemed rather mean.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a marvelous hotel! Great location, friendly, helpful staff, a nice room, a large and very comfortable club-style sitting room, and a rooftop with beautiful views over Segovia and the countryside. It's a modern place but reminded me of an establishment from a long-gone golden area.
Cons: As in most hotels today, readers of actual books (not screens) have a hard time finding a good reading light. The staff was helpful in providing one upon request though.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful location. Nice facility. Very comfortable
Cons: Everything was fine. WIFI reception was a bit weak in the rooms.

With a stay at Eurostars Plaza Acueducto in Segovia (Segovia Old Town), you'll be steps from Segovia Aqueduct and 9 minutes by foot from Plaza Mayor. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was our second visit and once again it provided everything that we needed. The staff are very helpful and the accommodation is clean and comfortable. The hotel is located right beside the aqueduct but it's easy to locate and benefits from good access. The underground garage provides secure parking for our motorbike.
Cons: Nothing, it's a great hotel for an overnight stay in Segovia.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The best thing about this hotel is its location, very close to the Aqueduct. Breakfast is ok.
Cons: The hotel needs urgent renovation. Even though the room was clean, it is very oldish, specially the bathroom, which had the smallest shower I have ever seen - a simple bath was a torture. The parking below the hotel has super small parking lots, making it difficult to park bigger cars. The stay in a very small and old room without a view was definitely not worth the almost 200 Euros I paid for it. Not willing to return. For 100 Euros maximum it would be ok. For 200, I recommend looking for better options.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed here before it's always a pleasant stay. The pillows really comfortable .
Cons: Everything was fine .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I chose this hotel because of its location... it’s ideal, you can park your car on your arrival and forget about it until you leave. Very close to the acueducto and all the amenities. Staff is very professional and attentive. Rooms are tidy and well kept
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was excellent bed very comfortable breakfast lovely
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Situated right next to the aqueduct. Lovely hotel, with a brilliant breakfast that is great value for money. Lovely staff.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Room was big and spacious. View of aqueduct was lovely as expected. Friendly staff. Loved the ease of arrival and parking, except we made the mistake of parking in the public lot not the hotel lot so parking was 24 instead of 15. Check in first before parking to find exactly which is the hotel lot. All in all it was a fine stay.
Cons: There was no patio furniture on the terrace. I was imagining to sit out with a glass of wine overlooking the aqueduct, but it wasn't like anything in the photos. Internet connection wasn't great in the room, but then again we didn't have good internet in Spain in general. Breakfast was complete, but the churro was hard and chewy.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very good location. Easy access to the bridge.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: All good. Great location walking distance from everywhere. Comfortable beds. Very clean.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable.
Cons: The underground car park was a very tight squeeze for our Isuzu truck.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very good location and proximity to all the main tourist attractions.
Cons: Access to underground parking is a little awkward but we have been to this hotel many times before and know exactly what to do.
4.0 Okay
Pros: City centre location is excellent and easy to find if travelling from Avila.
Cons: Under no circumstances must you consider parking in the hotel car park. It is far too small for an average size car and with people selfishly parked across two spaces, it was almost impossible to squeeze our car in. This needs to be better managed, with drivers asked to move cars if they block spaces for others. There is no way the room was 4* standard: furniture was worn and the bed was very hard and very uncomfortable. Breakfast buffet was adequate but a bit of a rugby scrum as space was very tight. The next night we stayed at the San Antonio El Real Hotel, another 4* except this one had real 4* standards: I'd return there any day but definitely not to Los Arcos which was poor value for money.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Not having in room tea making facilities. Shower head had a life of its own.
7.1 Good
Pros: The hotel was located within walking distance of the aquiducts at Plaza del Azoguejo. Garage parking available. Staff did give directions to local sights.
Cons: The Wifi was terrible in the room and very slow in the reception area. When I reported the problem staff said No one else has complained. When I asked about the Gym and the Sauna they told be they were having problems and the facilities were not available. I wish they would have stated that on their posting. The water in the bath was warm but not Hot. I tried at different times and got adequate warm water at off peak hours. Otherwise it was barely warm. The bathrooms looked old.
