Pros (+) I liked the view, the customer service in the front desk. Easy to get around for the location of the hotel with near by stores. Hotel was very clean.
Cons (-) Unaware of the 27 dollar parking fee. Would appreciate if they told us ahead of time about the fee, which wasn't a problem, but wasn't expecting the surprise because it wasn't stated when I booked my reservation online.
Pros (+) The staff was excellent in my opinion. Very helpful. Very friendly. I stayed four nights. My room was clean and spacious for just me. The location of the hotel is across the street from Lake Union Park and all of its amenities (including a few nice restaurants), close to the trolley, and within walking distance of downtown shops. Cons (-) Nothing was that bad. I missed a dry cleaning pick-up one morning, but I think that was my fault. No complimentary bottled water in the room. While the staff was great, they could've been a bit more knowledgeable of the surrounding neighborhood.
