Cons (-) When we got there, the elevator was not working. They sent us outside and around to another door and up a staircase to a locked door. We never got to our room, because we booked another hotel instead.

Cons (-) Staff under performed and did not meet my needs as a valued customer. The staff delayed me and were understaffed. Made me feel like I was unwanted in my stay.

Pros (+) This hotel was above and beyond the five stars!! The staff was very friendly rooms were extremely clean and it was very close to all of the restaurants and bars!
Cons (-) I'm VERY picky with beds so if there's anything negative to say I would say the beds could be a little more comfortable... Nothing to change the 5 stars I give this place!
