Το πρώτο ήταν τρακαρισμένο το δεύτερο βρώμικο εξωτερικά και δεν ήταν το αυτοκίνητο που έκλεισα δεν αναγνώριζαν την ασφάλεια της KAYAK και έβγαλα καινούρια υπερβολικά ακριβή πότε ξανά ενοικειαση από την KAYAK με αυτούς τους όρους

Pros:

One of the men was helpful, the other one was rude

Cons:

I reserved on Kayak a car that showed a sedan and it was for 5 people and 2 luggages. I received a Fiat Panda Only one luggage fit and 5 midgets would have fit maybe...

Flight have been cancelled in Catania (Sicilia) and replaced by a flight in Reggio Calabre (It). We had some problem to reach someone at Dollar to confirm the possibility to change return of the car. It's hard sometine to reach someone by phone, should be easier to reach by email or facebook

Due to some challenges, our flight was delayed at Naples. Still the person at Dollar waited out of opening hours near to mid night. Very appreciate for this. Special Thanks to him. After rental, the car I received was not Good. In the back, Always a Big noise during the whole trip. This noise was many times distracting while driving. The quality of car was not Good. Gaves challenges many time in the uphill. Even we stuck two times a bit scary. The car’s drawing force was extremely bad. I was booked for Jeep Renegade But got some lokal car Brand Name «dr». Very bad.

Poor- i will be asking for a refund. The car i was supposed to rent was for 7 passenger's. They did not have a 7 passenger car and was told the car they had for me was the only one available and only sat 5. With our people and luggage that did not work. We had to leave luggage at out first destination and return to get it at the end of our trip. It cost us $300 to store luggage, an extra night at a hotel, an extra day of car rental to retrieve the luggage, extra food and fuel. All told $500euro. Sixt was not accommodating

We had not planned on hiring a car but circumstances changed and we needed one when we landed . I approached the desk to seek availability and got a yes for €350 a day which was ridiculous. I went on line and got the same car for €125 a day, when I went back to the desk with my confirmation number I was told I had to wait one hour for service even though there was no customers there at that time. One hour later the lady gave us the car but not without major drama about insurance and unlimited attempts to upsell us a different car and more insurance.

Very good customer service for pick up, very nice people, friendly and very helpful. Easy drop off as well. Good company, like. I only gave it bad rating in cleanliness and price. Little dirty inside and pretty dirty outside, seems like they just passed the vacuum cleaner after receiving it and that’s it. Great car though! Very comfortable, spacious, GPS, CarPlay and USB charger… But also crazy expensive 900 euros for 3 days…

Overall Return experience @ Napoli train station was terrible. Emailing a picture day before was good. Emailing a return address day before was good. It would be tremendously helpful to include a “map” showing the tiny metal gate entrance to parking garage. We circle the area three times GPS did “not” take us on that little side street. A cautionary NOTE to ensure we turn into that dinky side street (not the Main Street) woukd be helpful. We drive around Hertz and the main circle in front and of train station. Finally, my son searched MAPS for “parking near me” to find the correct parking garage. The address provided only got us to vicinity.

We arrived early and our car was not ready. We were upgraded to a better car for a fee which included GPS/navigation. We drove to Amalfi and Pompeii. We might still be trying to navigate Naples. I don't recommend driving in Italy without navigation!! .

Was given a car with a known computer malfunction. VW polo with “EPC” light on limiting the RPMs to 4K meaning high way travel was nearly impossible for our trip. Dropped the car off a day early and wrote Autovia an email with listed malfunctions and complaints. Never heard back. Will never use them again.
