I had the "ford focus" class reserved but was pleasantly surprised by a Renault fluence 6 speed manual diesel. They also had a highway decal included. The car was a little no frills but super clean and great trunk space and rear seat for rear facing baby seat. Would rent from them again.Cons:

Good city location and the staff was friendly and helpful. They changed the drop off fee to 150 Euros and took off the GPS charge. They tried to make the rental right but they could not do anything about the "upgraded car" and agreed that the VW Golf was not an SUV category.Cons:
