Pros: Fuck Kayak for stealing my money and not allowing me to fly. I hope you lose all your business and force to shutdown.
Cons: Kayak are nothing but fraud. Pure fraud. Took my money and I didn’t get the chance to travel.
Pros: This is outrageous how you ask me to rate a flight I couldn’t take to my destination. And you refuse to refund me or even grant me a voucher. How dare you ask me to rate your fucking service?
Cons: This is my first time using Fucking Kayak and will be my last time ever because you stole my money and I didn’t get to fly to my destination.
Cons: SAS had simply cancelled the flight and is effectively unreachable for the refund.
Pros: Nothing much
Cons: The stewardess was rude and super pushy. It reminded us an old times of Ryanair
Pros: Crew was great
Cons: Boarding is a zoo. Boarding by row is faster.
Pros: Consistent SAS quality
Cons: Drinks expensive
Pros: No complaints.
Cons: The plane was small. It was a quick flight though.
Pros: The Crew was great. Friendly and attentive.
Cons: Very small seat. Had a big person next to me and was quite uncomfortable
Pros: I've flown SAS a few times and have always been favorably impressed with the service. On this flight we booked the "bare bones" fare and paid extra for checked bags and extra-legroom seats. The overall cost was still better than most other airlines.
Pros: I was able to log on the my booking and select aisle seats for no additional cost (surprisingly). Made the short flight much more comfortable.
Pros: Amazing crew, fast boarding.
Cons: Uninspired food. I was served the same meals 30 years ago.
Pros: Coffee/water complimentary regardless of class. 45 minutes in the air.
Cons: Very small plane. No USB.
Pros: Plane is clean and comfortable. Boarding was great.
Cons: Staff was lacy and rude to another customer. She told the passenger she wasn’t walking to the back of the plane to get her a paper cup.
Pros: The plane is clean and comfortable. The boarding was easy.
Cons: The staff on all SAS flights seem a little lazy.
Pros: Crew was great. Flight was clean.
Cons: I ordered vegan meals and only one of the meals were vegan. Someone had forgotten to bring the second meal for me on the plane.
Pros: I liked the service and the food
Cons: The lack of movie choices
Pros: The crew was very attentive.
Cons: The seats are tight and uncomfortable. Emirates and Singapore airlines have much more space in economy class. They also have better food. The worst new development is that you have to pay an additional charge if you want to sit together. That is pretty ridiculous for an international flight AND when you have a small child with you. I can see doing that on Ryan air, but that is pretty low for a Scandinavian airline. Scandinavians have a very strong sense of family.
Cons: Terrible to have to pay 70 Euros when you are an elite gold status member. And no mention of this during booking process and checkin unless you dig in deep via links. Not used to this with other airline partners and likely last time I am flying SAS
Pros: Ontime and efficient boarding with polite crew.
Cons: Nothing to improve. I slept the whole flight so couldn’t evaluate all aspects.
Pros: I really enjoyed the ease of boarding and how smooth the flight went. The airline crew was friendly and the food was great.
Cons: I wish that I was informed ahead of time that SAS GO LITE flights do not include check-in baggage. I ended up paying $109 instead of $60 because I was unaware that the fees change the day of departure. This upset me.
Pros: Crew was sour.
Cons: Crew could have been friendly.
Top of the range airline.
Pros: Calm, friendly and professional crew, good food and spotlessly clean aircraft.
Cons: Disorganized boarding. People were jumping the line saying they were in the zone that was called when they couldn’t have been. I was there early (one of the 1st) but because I’m polite and only approached the gate when my zone was called, ended up at the back. More monitoring of this would help because I saw other people bothered by this.
Free snacks please
Pros: Professional crew
Cons: I think for the price I paid for the flight there should at least be a free snack to go with the free drink.
Pros: The plane was nice and comfortable. The flight was only about 40 minutes.
Cons: Everything was fine. A very quick, easy flight at the end of a long day for me.
Pros: The flight itself was fine. We had a two-hour delay due to a mechanical issue, but the crew took care of it as quickly as they could.
Cons: It was just a relatively quick, unremarkable flight.
Cons: No food, no entertainment. Ridiculous!! Not even a damn sandwich!!
Pros: Crew on EWR to ARN was so-so. They lock restrooms at the back because they don't people hanging around the kitchen in the back. Also, the one cabin crew does not say Excuse Me when he needs to pass- he just touches you and pushes you aside Also, the one cabin crew
Cons: my first flight overseas. friendly staff. movies ..headphones..pillow and blankets included. 2 beverages included with meal. only downside was paying for checked bag. looks like that is included on the return flight so that won't be and issue on the way home. no issues with carryons.
Cons: It would be better if the plane was cleaned before boarding. The row where I was seated has potato chips all over the floor. Pls. clean your plane before boarding.
Considered to be the largest airline in Scandinavia, SAS has its headquarters in Sweden and flies to over 123 different destinations throughout the world. For those that are interested in visiting Europe, some popular countries among customers are Belgium, Italy, and Germany, while those planning on taking a trip to Asia can consider flying to either Thailand or Japan.
If you will be flying with this airline, you can choose from three different travel classes, referred to as SAS Go, SAS Plus, and SAS Business. SAS Go provides standard amenities, such as free drinks, a hot meal, and the ability to use the airplane’s entertainment systems, while SAS Plus will give you access to an airport lounge before your flight boards, a comfortable seat that provides additional legroom, and the option of priority boarding.
SAS is a founding member of Star Alliance, an airline group that is composed of many international companies, including Air Canada, Avianca, and United Airlines. The company also has codeshare agreements with several other airlines, such as EgyptAir, Lufthansa, and Swiss International Air Lines.
Out of the airline’s fleet that is composed of over 150 planes, almost all of them are either Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, or ATR. The Boeing 737-800 is the most commonly used by the company, as it is a comfortable option for middle-range flights and can fit up to 180 passengers. For longer flights that are between two different continents, SAS oftentimes uses the Airbus A350-900, a large jet airliner that can fit up to 300 passengers.
