Pros (+) It was a good location, with nice king bed, breakfast included a waffle maker, toasters and things that just make for a pleasant morning, and was amusing to find the tv had ability to plugin usb devices for media playback, nice for showing off event pictures.
Cons (-) Breakfast ends at 9:30a, I could hear a steady noise from my room in the early morning while trying to sleep (maybe laundry?), and my key cards required going to he front desk to get them reset at least once a day, parking spots are tricky.
