Guests say
Guests appreciated the spacious and clean rooms, as well as the pleasant pool and garden areas. However, many reviews mention issues with service, including slow or unhelpful staff, and problems with cleanliness such as stained carpets and dated decor. The restaurant received mixed feedback, with some guests finding the food mediocre and service slow. While the hotel offers good amenities and some positive experiences, several guests felt the property did not meet expectations for its price or star rating.
