Pros: Everything was good, but I expected even more because of the photos...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best service for the money paid. The owners are veryveryvery nice! We got a handmade cake as a welcome gift :-)

Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: very warming experience...
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location is quite good. Ski bus stop is really close. Evevator in the building is helpful, also good ski room. Bidet in bathroom.
Cons: The quality of appartament rather poor. The bathroom with some plastic on walls reminds me motels F1. Kitchen equipped however with limited amount of plates/cutlery. No wine glasses. The need to pay caution in advance and extra pay for cleaning (especially where you need a clean everything before leave) is ridiculous.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Exceptional location for trekking. Bicycles at your disposal for a walk. Exceptional views. Very quiet place. Clean and equipped.
Cons: Bed not comfortable

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Stuff excellent , food excellent, my disappointment was wellness, location also ok
Cons: swimming pol is small , sauna is to much hot , really to hot , also all this can be accepted but no water in wellness to drink , just tea, and tea from bag .. this little mistake flash joy of wellness, they should offer more fresh drinks in wellness, people after sauna are totally dehydrated so to drink tea from bag is just more diuretic , drain water out, not good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect: room spotless and spacious, very nice staff, great breakfast and dinners, very good position to reach mountains and termal baths. The Spa has a swimming pool, a relax area, sauna and steam bath: everything very clean and comfortable. Possibility of having massages, I really advice to try them. Looking forward to go back!

Pros: Good restaurant
Cons: Wifi does not work on the upper floors
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very service oriented and friendly - they worked together like a team for our comfort and good times.
Cons: Nothing. What can be improved, not necessarily, would be slightly larger locker (or no locker but an open rack for everyone?) inthe ski room, but even that was OK.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything good - location, breakfast, room, sauna, ski room, restaurant.
Cons: Only one - internet, could be better

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The whole staff in the hotel was very helpful and friendly, especially thanks to Cinzia and Elena for kindness during our visit. Breakfast was amazing and the second room we staid in was very cosy.
Cons: We really liked everything in Garnì Lastei, but we didn't like the fact that Booking did show us pictures of totally different room, when we were making our reservation. So, we were quite disappointed when we arrived and got our room, which we later upgrated. This was not Garnì Lastei's fault, there was just an error in Booking.com - system.

Pros: Great sized Room, really good breakfast, excellent hosts, very clean , good value for money, nice bar, games room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and friendly staff. The hotel was extremely clean and the room very comfortable with a great view. The owner was also a biker and we shared some considerations and gave some good advices on the itinerary in the area. In addition the breakfast was great and the owner also was the one preparing all the cakes with special attention to organic ingredients. The garage is big and was great to have a secure place to put my bike in the evenings.

7.1 Good
Pros: The location of Camping Catinaccio Rosengarten is fantastic - close to many fantastic climbing, hiking and via ferrata routes.
Cons: This place is VERY basic - far more so than appears on the listing. No towels, no kettle, no dishcloths were provided. But weirdly slippers were?! It's 50/50 with the staff - the young woman who took care of our check out was fantastic, but the man who seemed to occupy the desk most of the time was surly and rude, and unable/unwilling to converse in any language except Italian - not particularly helpful when most of the guest were German or English!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Out apartment was spotlessly clean as were the public spaces in the block. For a small space it has been very well thought through, plenty of storage, light, crockery, ventilation and comfort. A large sofa bed which was very comfortable for our extra guests. You can bring your own sheets for the bed and towels if you wish, otherwise there is a charge. They do provide, as standard, duvets and pillows with covers. We were really impressed with the site and the facilities available. Ours was a winter break but we will return again in the summer. The area is on the edge of town but this made it quiet and rural. The walk by the river into town took us 10 minutes but dependi g where you want to eat can take quite a bit longer.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The apartment is very cozy and is in excellent shape; it looks even better than on the photos. Living room sofa can be unfolded in a surprisingly comfortable double-bed. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Cons: Poor sound isolation between bedroom and living room. Reception is closed from 13:00 to 14:00–14:30; if you arrive in this time frame, there is no possibility to leave things in the hotel until check-in. Breakfast options are limited: only coffee and croissants. No salt or cooking oil in the kitchen. Bed sheets and towels have to be paid separately.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, good facilities for storing and drying ski equipment. Cross country skiing route right next to the site (right outside the back gate). Flexible transportation to and from the downhill pistes.
Cons: Sound insulation of the rooms was non-existent, meaning that either you wear ear plugs or you go to bed the same time your neighbors do. According to the house rules "silence" begins at 23:00 and fortunately this was quite well observed by our fellow habitants.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The brand new wellness centre is amazing. We enjoyed the location of the hotel. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, good breakfast. Car park on site available. Would stay again but in a different room.
Cons: The room felt very old and had a smell of dust (I'm guessing only the standard small rooms might be like that. Pillows were horrible, so hard you can't sleep on them. Mattress felt very worn too. Shame the saunas were only available for 2-3 hours in the afternoon.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent customer service - probably the best we’ve ever experienced in 5 years living and traveling in Italy! All staff were very friendly and attentive. Excellent breakfast and location! It’s easy to walk to Qc Terme from there and hotel customers can benefit from a discount. It’s also easy to walk to a nice trail where you can cycle or run in the morning.
Cons: The rooms are nice but feel like they could use a little “modernisation”. The kitchen area was nice to have but the fridge wasn’t plugged in and the instruction leaflet was still in the dishwasher so it felt as if they hadn’t finished unpacking and setting up the appliances. It’s a really nice touch that they offer aperitivo at the restaurant upon check in but it would have been nice to know this in advance as we had made other plans. Also annoying to have to wear a swimming cap in the pool...
7.1 Good
Pros: The restaurant

In the evening they offered to give me a lift to a pizzeria and the next morning gave me a ride to the pharmacy and to the local bus station so that I could be well on my way !
Cons: Although the location is beautiful, during the low season, there isn't so much available transport to get around easily .
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Room is pretty big, clean, heated... Very nice view of the mountains and the villas.
Cons: Pillows a bit stif.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Our stay at Hotel Villa Mozart was great. The room was extra clean and with a nice view of the mountains. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and went far out of their way to make our stay extra amazing. For example, since we went there at the beginning of May, when it's low season in Val di Fassa, the hotel restaurant wasn't providing dinner, likewise, quite a few restaurants in Pozza di Fassa were closed. So, one night the owner of the hotel drove us (we came by train/bus) to the nearby town for us to get dinner at a nice restaurant there. Would definitely come back!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very tasty breakfast, nice view from the room, nice staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good location in Pozza and a perfect hotel after a long days motorcycling from the Red Bull Ring in Austria via Slovenia. Friendly welcome and personally shown down to secure, warm garage below hotel to park bike. Machine in lobby to polish boots was used, no charge. Breakfast excellent and all good with plenty off coffee, other travellers friendly. Left my mobile in room but hotel contacted me to ask how to proceed and I had it returned to my home in UK. Reimbursed them for P&P. Would stay again but for longer and spend more time exploring the fantastic area nearby.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is so cozy and comfortable like a granny’s house! Very polite staff there, tasty food and a good location.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, owner is so friendly, breakfast is the best
Cons: Nothing, simple and lovely one.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Really nice and helpfull staff. Beautifull hotel and very clean. Nice pool / sauna / wellness / gym.
Cons: It was a 8 minute walk to the centre of Vall di Fassa. But; the hotel got an ski bus service from and to ski area! Really nice add on
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location and views are beautiful. Hotel lobby is like a cost country house, very lovely. There was a balcony with chairs facing the forest in our room. Stuff was extremely welcoming and helpful. As a bonus gift, they provide shampoo and creme made with local thermal water.
Cons: It was really cold in the room, stuff barely speaks English however they were really friendly anyway. Breakfast was quite poor.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful location and accomdating staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the warm pool and the thermal cave. I liked the decor in the salons downstairs, very warm and posh in some places. It is a family business and the host was very warm and helpful. I really liked the food served here! A lot of food for dinner though (3-4 courses), but good value for money.
Cons: The rooms in the new part of the hotel were quite basic (e.g. wooden floors could have had carpets). The host doesn't speak much English (luckily their son could step in and help). Bath products were not enough for a family of four (shampoo for two people only and no conditioner). General facilities very good quality overall. We went mid April and didn't know the remote areas are closed off ski season and struggled finding places to eat. It is a ghost town off season! (hotels and restaurants close completely end of April until June and October until beginning of December). Cable cars and ski lifts are closed as well! Amazing mountain views though. The Dolomites Road is the most amazing mountain road I have ever seen! Worth going during the winter season for skiing and during the summer for exploring.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Awesome place to stay! We wanted a place next to the main mountain attractions and the location was great. The staff is super friendly and understanding, recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the Dolomites.
7.9 Good
Pros: Place was nice but the pool closed at 8pm, so we couldn’t enjoy any of that part. However, it did look nice. Overall stay was good, but nothing spectacular. The breakfast area had a great view of the mountains.
Cons: Beds were a little hard and only 1 pillow (but that seems to be normal for the area). Still slept well
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Indoor pool very nice e the thermal cave
Cons: Problem with heating system and telephone
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel , good staff, very good meals , amazing SPA. We enjoyed our stay.

4.6 Okay
Pros: Not much, total frustration, waste of time and money
Cons: Room: too small / very very tight for family, no room for luggage, you hit something every time you move. Beds: Catastrophic! mattress is literally dead! sinks almost a foot down, got neck and back pain. Breakfast: Nothing to eat, no veg. at all, lots of packaged crackers / dry food, no fresh juice. Value for money: Very expensive for what you get and total waste - you'd expect better from such a hotel / location, and I've stayed in similar hotels in the area before, so I know what I'm talking about.

Pros: Breakfast was good =) Staff was amazing, Dinner was awesome ! Spa was nice =) prices for the drinks are good!
Cons: I thought all rooms look like the rooms on the pics, but this is just for the suite. Basic rooms are not to recomend. Very old. Bathroom ugly. 8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very nice. The staff took the time to make sure everything was in order. The breakfast was excellent. The location is perfect.
Cons: Everything was very nice. My only wish was that my single room, had a bit more room. It was very tight. But the saving grace was a nice balcony I could step out on.
