Pros (+) We booked the family concierge master suite bedroom for our family, we travelled with a 2 and a 6 year old. We had a fantastic week! The staff was phenomenal, specially our concierge, Mario. They were all very attentive to our needs and helped us plan our vacation. Mario even helped us get some medications we forgot from outside the hotel.
