Cons (-) upon arriving there were moving trucks and people moving stuff from their windows and throwing stuff down. There were sketchy people outside of the complex conducting what looked like non-legal business. the rooms were filthy dirty, stains on the carpet, i would not walk barefoot. stains on the walls and the room smelled.
