Pros (+) The location is prefect but the Centara Nova is more of a holiday hotel.
Cons (-) To many groups at this hotel so if you are looking for a more family friendly hotel try the Centara Nova just up the road. The staff at both hotels are amazing and have now stayed at the Nova five times and looking forward to our next stay there.
Pros (+) Great customer services from the people at the front desk. They were very friendly and smile all the way to make you feel relax that you in the right place. Rose the manager was very friendly and helpful. Kung wasvery professional and friendly. The guys at the entrance were very friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) I couldn't find anything bad about my 2 night stay. I really appreciate everyone's effort in going out of their way to help.
