Great staff. Fabulous rooms. One of the best we’ve stayed at & we travel a lot.
Pros (+) Restaurant, court yard, and staff
Cons (-) Health and Safety enforcement. Ex: masks, and spa Cleanliness of room bathroom.
Pros (+) Ambience, fireplace lounging areas, Cello, beds comfortable, room space and especially attentiveness to my problem: I forgot my laptop charger. I called Allegretto after we got home and Rick answered the call and went above the call of duty in helping me find my charger and prepared to mail it to me.
Cons (-) Strictly ascetic: the white lights draped around the outside entry trees look like ropes winding around the trees in boring circles. If you are going to do something, do it right. Put the lights in the trees so the lights sparkle on a lot of branches and around a part of the trunk. It looks festive and especially classy.
Pros (+) Dinner was great and the bed and were very comfortable especially the pillows.
Cons (-) Hotel transportation to and from the concert we were attending that was close by.
