Very nice hotel
Staff very friendly, hotel was clean
Rooms are small . I had to get 2 Rooms with connecting doors to accommodate my family of four. The only benefit was two bathrooms. I would definitely stay again .
They're ac was out while I was there so it was so hot..
Not what you think
The hotel itself is kept quite well and all of the staff was exceptionally nice. The bartender will tell you you're beautiful then offer you a glass of prosecco then explain what it is. The rooms are large but they didn't feel like anything special. They just felt outdated but not in the way I thought it would be. I was kind of expecting a little more oomph in the furniture but it was just regular boring hotel furniture. The bathroom, however, was excellent. Vanities with two mirrors a tub that is actually big enough to get in if you like baths. The decor felt like it was attempting to be fancy but as soon as you tried to take a picture you could tell it wasn't. I appreciated it nonethelesss. If you are awake watching French tv you can't understand at 2am like we were, I can tell you there's a place around the corner that sells sandwiches and pastries (probably more but I didn't really investigate too hard). These sandwiches will look like they're probably going to be stale and you have no idea what you're about to pay for but it was one of my favorite meals. And they're absolutely massive. If you walk across the street from the hotel and go down the hill from the light you'll run into it just past the little grocery store. If that doesn't make sense just ask the front desk guy at 2am and he'll at least point you to the grocery store. Also, probably one of my favorite moments in Paris. Walking about town at 2 am completely alone to find ciggies and food in my pajamas.
The ac. We were ground level so sleeping with window was awkward but we had to for a little bit at one point because it got so hot in the room. And this was in October. So the rooms definitely hold heat well.
Great hotel and location
The staff was great, particlarly Alikhan, as well as Kim. Nice ambience. Great location.
Centrally located in the latin quarter next to St Germain, facilities were good, personnel was extremely helpful and friendly,
A bit small
Perfect location! Great staff!
Villa Pantheon was in a fantastic location. Easy walk to St. germain, Notre dame, and a lot of the sites. Staff was super nice and knowledgeable about how to get around the city. Hotel was very clean also.
Rooms were slightly small but that is expected in old European cities.
Front desk was excellent, very friendly - answered all questions satisfactorily. Room was good - excellent bathroom. For a short stay this was excellent.
No ice machine!
Front desk staff very helpful and friendly
The drilling in the wall that started promptly at 9:00 am
Situated close to the prestigious Sorbonne University in Paris’ Latin Quarter, the Villa Pantheon enjoys a prize location amidst historic monuments and street side cafes in an area renowned for its culture and colorful nightlife. With its upholstered sofas in the breakfast room, heavy drapes and oiled parquet flooring, the interior of the Villa Pantheon draws its inspiration from traditional British design. The hotel's well appointed guest rooms are gorgeously decorated in Scottish themes and feature modern amenities such as free WiFi access, satellite TV and a minibar. The hotel's bathrooms feature a heated towel rail and comfy bathrobes. The Villa Pantheon's tranquil inner courtyard provides an oasis of calm amid the hustle and bustle of Saint-Germain-des-Près and the 'So Scottish Bar' serves a range of cocktails, wines, beverages and bar food. Attractions in the vicinity Located in the heart of the 5th arrondissement on the left bank of the Seine, the Villa Pantheon is the ideal location from which to explore Paris' storied Latin Quarter. Legendary cafés and bars such as the Procope, where Voltaire spent hours writing, are a short stroll from the hotel. The Pantheon, which houses the mortal remains of Voltaire, Rousseau, Victor Hugo, Émile Zola and others, is just one of the many attractions in the immediate vicinity and all of the city's landmarks are within easy reach via public transport.
