Pros (+) Beautiful hotel. Awesome vibe with the mix of classic and modern. Tasteful, elegant, and cool. Great location near Place Vendome, shopping, Tulleries, and Opera. Metro access very close as well.
Cons (-) Bed and pillows slightly too firm for my preference but sheets were soft and luxurious.
Pros (+) The wonderful staff! I believe his name was Georgie, or something like... The head of staff, I believe... Was particularly helpful and gracious.
