Pros (+) Very clean up to date facility.
Cons (-) Had WiFi connection issues all weekend even contacted IT people and it still wasn't resolved.
Pros (+) I love the location, I loved the views and the condo was big and open. Very updated and comfortable.
Cons (-) There was a big white stain on our comforter when I took it down to the desk they didn't apologize they told us to take it back up to our room and wait for the cleaning staff. The doormen came in and gave us another one and took the dirty one. No apologies nothing. The garbage disposal didn't work. Usually never complain but for the money I paid I think it could have been more clean and the staff ...

Pros (+) Loved the pools, room and the view: the ocean off the balcony and the lake off the open walkway to the front door.
Cons (-) Elevators are a challange during peek times (check-in/check-out). I found that the side elevators were less crowded than the middle ones.
