This hotel was perfect for us. I was traveling with my mother and daughter (2 y/o). The staff could not have been more hands on and friendly. The rooms are very modern and comfortable. We loved the pool and kids club (anyone welcome, but only 3+ year olds can be left in their care). Breakfast was fabulous. The view from the terrace is second to none. We will be back!
The kids food menu was fairly limited and also pretty expensive, especially when trying to feed a two year old who only really wants a tiny portion. In general we found that most people eat in Palma in the evenings, although this was hard for us with my daughter. Palma and the beaches are c15 min taxi away. There is no in-house baby sitting service but an external provider can be used (min three hours - €65). We didn’t use them in the end but they appeared professional and reliable.
