Pros: Very nice place! Good service, food and very helpfull!
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: A very nice riad with amazingly helpful staff. We love the city as it's less chaotic as Marrakech or Fes. the people are super nice to help us arrange cars and travel options. also the breakfast is amazing.
Cons: nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfortable, easy to find, affordable, great food. Perfect
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Lovely Riad with great and helpful staff. They give you a map which is nice for orientation. The breakfast was great and the coffee as well. The interior and decoration is awesome. We had a room on the groundfloor with a little terrace, which we liked. The have a rooftop terrace and a great, but very cool pool as well. Easy to reach and parking is just in front of the Riad.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.0
Pros: First of all, we read in our guide that the 'petite riad' has wonderful home cooked meals and it wasn't a lie. The food was just fantastic! Dinner as well as breakfast. The owner is very friendly and the property is beautiful. Our room was huge! Much bigger than we expected.
Cons: Nothing really. We were only there for one night travelling threw so I can't say much about the location.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Everything is close by in small town Warzazat. Selected furnitures and devolution made me feel like I was staying in boutique hotel. Perfect for shopping inspiration. Very nice breakfast. Near local Mosque.

Pros: Large room and ensuite which was well presented. Large pool and casual alfresco eating and lounge
Cons: We didnt realise you have to make a booking for dinner so couldnt get a meal at the accommodation We had to walk into the town as our driver had dropped us off. We were quite tired after after a couple of big days driving and sightseeing so would have preferred to have been able to eat in. It would have been nice to have been offered even a light snack. Coffee cups were cracked (breeding ground for bacteria).
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent hosts, great breakfast

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything in this place was simply amazing - from being warmly greeted by the owner, to delicious dinner she cooked for our family. Rooms are beautifully decorated with attention to functional detail, everything was in excellent working condition. Yet it felt like visiting a relative at home - so many remarkable touches in this riad, which, as we understood, belong to the owner's great-grandparents. Views from the windows and rood terrace are breathtaking - so much worth the visit!!!
Cons: Finding may not be easy - riad is located centrally, yet off the main road. Once we called the riad, the owner helped us navigate to it - location is hidden from the main road, but this made it even more appealing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms, good location and pretty terrace. Can't complain about anything. Value for money and would recommend.
Cons: Nothing.
Good 6.0
Pros: Breakfast is excellent, more than we could eat. Very nice view of the valley and the kasbah
Cons: We found some hair in one of the pillows. Access is a little tricky but it's alright.
Okay 4.0
Pros: The location. We were able to experience a bit the labyrinthe of a Morrocan neighborhood.
Cons: The lack of good hygiene in the establishment. In the fee price breakdown you will see they charge a cleaning fee for 20€, however I did not feel, smell nor ser it in the hotel. When you claim a cleaning fee, and I don't mind paying, it should be obvious. We had a hard time sleeping because the room we stayed in was not passable for the word "clean". There was a small bed for my child, we sat on it and smelled that the pillows were not washed and it smelled like they were in the closet for years, that old smell. We were disgusted because my daughter was supposed to sleep in it and they didn't even put clean covers on it. Also the carpets in the room were dirty and stained. Also, in the bathroom, my husband saw a bunch of hair strands from different guests ( due to the different color) hanging on the ceiling, we suppose women staying had their hair stuck on the ceiling while drying it and the hotel staff is not bothered to clean it. And the bath towels smelled like cigarettes. You enter the room and it is quite obvious that it heavily lacks cleaning. The breakfast was ok, there were viennoiserie, french pastries however the coffee was terrible. Also, in the room we stayed, there was a very weird sexual photo that we thought was inappropriate to hang in a hotel where children can stay.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great little find among the backstreets - quaint and comfortable rooms set upstairs over an open living area filled with books and trinkets. Jmia’a looked after us by giving us a choice of rooms, walking us to the restaurant we picked for dinner, providing a delicious breakfast and explaining to us a little about her life and history. Recommended.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Lovely original house which has been in the same family for years. Delightful hostess who treated us like one of the family; we were there on New Year’s Eve and though there was nothing planned we ended up joining with the family in music and good cheer.
Cons: It was freezing!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The place was incredible. Very nice location, the room was big with very nice decoration. The breakfast was very reach. The personel was very kind and friendly. Amazing place to stay.
Cons: The bathroom needs some renovations.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The Riad is so beautiful... They also have a terrasse with a great view.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Djenna was wonderful and we loved to understand berber style, the rooms are lively and you hear the birds in the old kasbah immersed in loveliness

Cons: Room too dark, not enough light, need to be renovate
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Nice property, loved the berber houses with rooms.
Cons: Standard luxury hotel.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Public areas are nicely decorated. Located in the city center. Free parking directly in front of the hotel.
Cons: Quite old suites. Private patio made me feel like in a prison - no decoration, just walls. If you travel independent and all the bus groups were at the breakfast buffet earlier than you, it looks like after an invasion of locusts - at least five waiters are standig around, but no one is cleaning up the mess. Then you are almost alone in the hotel at least!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The overall experience was great. Our group received complimentary upgrades as they happened to be available. The rooms and facilities were superb and the hotel is simply gorgeous. If we were to ever Ourzazate again, would not hesitate to stay here again.
Cons: Might have been a bit on the expensive side, but it is expected as it is a proper hotel with excellent facilities.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Generally good service, large hotel with a lot of facilities
Cons: Room rate and f&b was somewhat overpriced when compared to similar properties in the city
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Rooms and Breakfast

Pros: Very nice location, close to the restaurants, shops and also Taourirt Kasbah . Staff was great and very helpful. From the inside with a small pool in the middle this place looks amazing.
Good 7.9
Pros: Clean and comfortable. Nice view. Mustapha gave us a warm welcome. Recommend to everyone.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good location, nice and clean room. Warm wellcome by hotel staff.
Cons: Nothing in particular. There is no lift in this hotel, but that did not bother me.
Good 7.0
Pros: Breakfast was not included in the price but they said that we can have for free.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything
Good 7.0
Pros: The stuff is very nice and help a lot. The place is at great location, just 2 minutes walk from the central street and the suk, everything is open until late and it's nice for small city. Riad located at quiet place with nice places to chill inside and outside riad.
Cons: The rooms are old but very clean. Need to change the towels, clean but very old.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location was convenient.
Cons: Not good enough for the price. Firstly, the room wasn't really clean. The cushions on the bed were covered with dust, the sheets have some stains on them and all the towels have stains on them. Being charged at around £60 per night, we do expect them to pay more efforts to provide us a clean room with clean linens. The floor and carpets were dirty as well. A member of staff asked us if we would like them to clean the room and we did ask them to clean the floor but they didn't. Secondly, most of the staff are nice, for examples, the usual staff at the reception. However, the impression was sadly ruined by one member of staff. My husband and I were having breakfast one morning, we were talking to each other happily, and then all of a sudden a member of staff in a hoodie came to us and interrupted our conversation. Since his French was very limited and he doesn't speak English either, we guessed from his broken French and body language that he was mainly saying we shouldn't talk to each other and look at each other like that. It's something we should only do "à la maison". I found it truly absurd and I was really offended by this bs. I respect that there are conservative people in this country, but we weren't doing anything outrageous at all. We didn't do any PDA and we weren't even holding each other's hands. All we did was talking to each other with eye contact and smiling like any normal couple would do. He was impolite to interrupt our breakfast like that to tell us off when we were doing nothing wrong in any sense.
Okay 5.8
Cons: Location was horrible. There is nothing in the location of hotel so you have to eat there. Going out into town was awkward and there was really nothing there. Also, you must pay in cash for stay-surprise to us.

Pros: The staff was so amazing and helpful. Thanks a lot! The restaurant was amazing too.

Good 7.0
Pros: Affordable and good location. The restaurants next door where they serve breakfast etc. was actually pretty nice

Pros: We got an upgrade for the room. Our room was huge, with living room annex. It is a very cool hotel close to the studio full of pictures of artists around. The beautiful swimming pool area and the receptionist was super friendly.
Cons: The toilet had sewer smelling in the morning coming from the pipes. Bad was very hard. We didn't like that one of the staff in the restaurant asked for money for a tip before we had the chance to offer ourselves.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: De food are very nice

Pros: Such a pleasant surprise when we were offered tea and nuts while the receptionist was filling in our check-in papers. Clean room, private bathroom, calm quartier of the city.. tasty breakfast included. Very nice accomodation.. Would recommend.
Cons: We had to pay extra money for A/C we didn't need nor use..
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean, good size, the view from the window looked out on the street but with the mountains in the background. Breakfast was really good value - coffee/tea, freshly squeezed juice, fresh made breads, boiled egg, yogurt, jam, cheese... The staff were very helpful and friendly. Good base to explore the town.
Cons: There is some traffic noise due to the location but this is to be expected and we had chosen this location to experience a bit of the life and bustle of the town.

Pros: Just loved it! Strange, but I guess you will enjoy it or not.
Cons: Food was not great, but still liked the whole idea and fun place.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Well designed large rooms, clean, quiet and homely
Cons: Shower pressure in one of the rooms was not good. Waste Bin from previous guest was not cleared.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was superb! Some of the best food on our trip!
Excellent 8.3
Pros: It was the first stop after 3 days in the desert so it was simply amazing to have a hot water shower and a heater in the room. The heater worked great - we loved it. Really heated up our room in the cold Moroccan nights (around 2 degrees) Dinner and breakfast was great. We really liked it.
Cons: the hot water could have been warmer/ didn’t get very hot and the showerhead didn’t fit perfectly into the fittings- so you had to hold the shower head on your hand while showering. For a price of 200€/night this should all work nicely.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room Alexander the Great is everything you would expect, spacious room with super comfy bad, huge bathroom with columned bath tub, golden ornaments. A little bit kitsch, but definitely high level of craftsmanship throughout the whole hotel. Rich breakfast and super nice staff
Cons: Perfectly happy
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Boutique hotel. amazing decor. Great breakfast.. we had dinner there which was also very good. Albert, the owner speaks perfect english (among other languages) gave us a great welcome and took the time to have a chat. quiet room and comfortable king bed
Cons: nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved the decor, the pool and out door area, and mostly we loved the staff! They were kind and welcoming, and very accommodating, too.
Cons: The lunch and dinner prices were quite high for the area at €30. We chose to eat out in town.
Good 6.7
Pros: Clean, good reception. We had an hamburguer with potatos that was really good. The staff was very friendly and attentive.
Cons: Low water pressure in the shower. One of the masseuses was not skilled, seemed like she was not trained. The restaurant and basically the whole hotel closes at 23h. We had to pay the massages in cash. The common areas are not used in the beat way possible.

Good 7.0
Pros: Good location. Private parking. Room conditions.
Cons: Dinner didn't impress and should have more local cuisine. Washing room could be renewed.
Okay 4.0
Pros: The bed was nice and the place was generally clean. Hotel situated in a good and safe location. The hotel looks good from the outside too.
Cons: The inside of the hotel looks like it can do with an update. It's a bit run down. I trusted the Ibis brand when I booked this place and that's why I was willing to pay a bit more when booking for a standard room, but I was let down. The bathroom is outdated. The AC is only on in summer, so in winter only the heater is on. The breakfast was just ok, did not enjoy it. Reception staff was not always available at the reception.
Good 6.3
Pros: This is the worst Ibis I’ve ever stayed at. That being said, the bed and towels were clean, there was safe parking and the breakfast was ok.
Cons: Leaking shower, outdated bathroom, broken elevator, carpet and curtains of very questionable cleanliness.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Les employés sont courtois et serviables.
Cons: Ils ont chargé une taxe d'hébergement de 9%, 40 dhs, à notre départ. Pourtant j'ai été chargé sur ma carte de crédit pour une taxe.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: -friendly and professional staff -standard breakfast -nice pool(although it is closed during our stay because it is winter)
Cons: -nothing nearby, need 10min walk to the main street -hard to find a taxi when you are planning out -bathroom not so clean
Excellent 10.0
Pros: very nice accommodation, 10 min. walk from city centre and 5 min. walk from medina
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Ibis was quite a reliable choice when you don't know the average conditions of local hotels. And this one was also functional.
Cons: The quality of the breakfast was not at the price level.
Poor 1.0
Cons: I was overcharged with $50.6 in two transactions, a total of $100. The hotel always said that it was unsuccessful and the refund would be made. However, it has been two weeks, but I still haven't received the refund, and the bank has issued the credit card bill. If I received the refund, I will delete this comment.

Pros: I really appreciated the Moroccan style of the accommodation. The staff was really kind and very helpful! The room was spacious, we had balcony which was great and the bed was comfy and everything was clean. The breakfast were totally amazing!
Cons: We got the room in the last floor under the roof and when the wind was too strong, it was quite noisy there. Also the very last day there was no hot water in the shower, which was unfortunate...
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Easy to find and close to the market
Cons: Room service takes time
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Good breakfast. Helpful staff.(they gave us helpful information, even a map) The hotel is nicely decorated, looking like a riad.It has a pool and a big cage with little birds singing.
Cons: No fresh fruits at the breakfast, which can be generally improved.Boiled eggs not enough ,when finished they took the recipient and didn't brought it back.
Good 7.0
Cons: Disco in the same building, sometimes loud music untill 3 a,m.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Lounge is spacious and luxurious. Very inspiring and clean. Location is very comfortable since it's in walking distance from center and facilities like Carrefour.
Cons: this hotel could definitely use a good renovation. It's barely habitable. And something that applies to all hotels and restaurant in Morocco, for goodness sake, stopped touching the food with bare hands!! It's disgusting. It's the 21 century now. Start using utensils when cooking and serving food!

Cons: WLAN works poorly

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Comfy bed
Cons: Noisy and tired rooms

Pros: Very nice Moroccan-style hotel. Friendly reception and service. Good breakfast buffet. Right across the street from new Carrefour Market.
Cons: A bit noisy from the main street and also from other guests clattering with hard-soled shoes on tile hallway and room overhead.

Good 7.0
Pros: You get a lot for the price you pay. Good breakfast, nice Swimmingpool, rooms were bigger than expected, beautiful garden.
Cons: It didn't felt authentic. It felt pretty close to an all you can eat restaurant. But maybe that fact belongs to the fact that it's so cheap.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Specious rooms, great service, friendly staff, good breakfast and good location.
Cons: Carpets and rugs weren't cleaned properly
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location: walking distance to both the tourist highlights in one direction (10min), and in the other direction (10min) for a new city plaza with shops, restaurants and many locals bustling around, enjoying an evening outside. Good breakfast, complementary car wash by the car guard and nice staff.
Cons: The common areas are in slight disrepair. Nothing critical but it could use a coat of paint
Good 7.0

Cons: The hotel really really needs a renovation...

Pros: Good pool
Cons: No wifi on the room, aircon not working, average breakfast

Pros: Yes very well done and comfortable
Cons: The air cone was not working. The tv problematic
Mediocre 3.8
Pros: Location
Cons: It's funny when you read the reviews. Says the lady at reception is cold. She is. Say the place is run down. It is. You would think they would read the comments and make changes. I'll offer a few. Clean the pool, lots of bugs. Replace the missing tiles in the bottom of the pool. Make up the rooms. We stayed two nights and the hotel which was almost a ghost town and there was still zero maid service provided. Be responsive, be cordial. Sincerely - Your guest

Good 6.3
Pros: Beautiful Ouarzazate panoramic view
Cons: The staff at the front desk very rude at checking , for a 4 stars hotel , very bad service , no wifi in the rooms , the mini fridge is located right next to the toilets seat , very poor breakfast ,
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Location Staff Swimming pool The view
Okay 5.4
Pros: The pool and the location.
Cons: Everything is in poor shape and maybe my expectations from 2011 played a big part. The hotel went down the wire. It was one of the best in 2011. The only good things remaining are: the friendly staff and the pool. One of the bath tubs (we reserved two rooms) was shaking and dangerous for my mother who was operated on her knees. Some of the tiles in the rooms fell partially off; the birds were flying freely in the dining room during breakfast with whatever diseases they were carrying on to land on the meager breakfast offerings. The sofas in the rooms and waiting hallway were discolored from wear and tear. We were disappointed to say the least.
Mediocre 2.5
Pros: Nothing
Cons: All the rooms has issues and not clean as well the whole hotel
Mediocre 3.3
Pros: Nothing at all. See the dislike section!
Cons: In one word: disgusting. Firstly, the rooms and facilities of the hotel are NOTHING like the pictures shown on booking.com. I am outraged by the deception both the hotel and booking.com have conducted in tricking customers to believe the hotel looks one way when in reality it’s completely different. When we first arrived, we were hit by a smell of fish in the lobby.. already a bad indicator of the cleanliness of the hotel. Upon checking in, the hotel didn’t have a card machine, and we had to manually fill in forms as if we live in the year 1762 or some none sense. Then, the receptionist was so rude, unhelpful, and always answered us with “I don’t know” everytime we asked her a question. After getting the keys to our rooms, we were completely shocked at how different the rooms looked to the pictures... and then after careful attention, we noticed how dirty, old and filthy the room was. There was mold growing out of every corner, there were soap stains around the sink, everytning was old and squeaky, the chair in the room was wobbly, and the towels were grey in colour. And honestly, we have no idea how we didn’t catch any bedbugs from sleeping in their disgusting beds. I expect that booking.com evaluate the genuinity of this hotel, as it is an utter deception and lie. The breakfast was gross and the whole breakfast room smelt like fish and Mould.... I had to go to the nearby hotel just to have breakfast!! Worst booking experience ever...
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The room was good , good water pressure, a good breakfast buffet, the staff even ask if extra omelette or anything else I may request , good touch .
Cons: Small room as before .
